My 2011 Dodge Caliber had wiper problems. I had previously replaced the Total Integrated Power Module (TIPM). I brought my car in, scheduled via online, and it was promptly seen by a mechanic, troubleshot, & told I had a bad wiper motor & a bad TIPM. Brought the car back 2 weeks later, expecting to have both parts replaced. The mechanic replaced the wiper motor, cleared the DTC's, and found the TIPM to be good, This saved me $1600; it could have been replaced & I would be none the wiser. Integrity & and honesty.
Colt Huskey was the service manger. He knew and addressed me by my first name, kept me informed, and he knows my vehicles. Always a busy man, but he does not forget his customers. all in all, I fond the staff friendly, helpful, and informative.

I just purchased a 2012 Fiat from this dealership and couldn't possible by happier with the service I received. I had the privilege of working with Andrew and he is just awesome. I found my car online and used "click to chat" to get in touch with the dealership. The chat agent Nicole put me in touch with Andrew from the sales team. From the very start Andrew was respectful of me and answered all of my questions honestly and openly, which is a complete 180 from the other dealerships I contacted. I made an appointment to drive to Benton to look at the car in person, and Andrew was kind enough to "pull" the car from inventory so that it wouldn't sell before I could get there. Despite the dealership being VERY busy on Saturday, I never once felt rushed, ignored, or mistreated in anyway. There were some periods of waiting as the paperwork was completed, but Andrew and others checked in on my regularly and apologized profusely for the wait. I cannot recommend them enough.
