I scheduled my service through the MyChevrolet app. The appointment was quickly confirmed and my service was completed very timely with zero hassle. I also received a complimentary vacuum with the service of my auto.

The owner does not look over the service department, and has no clue what is going on until a complaint is made, only then will he return your call. Service Department is ran by the ex-mayor of Hughes , and has no clue as to what he is doing with your vehicle. Only tells you after he gets your money that he had to work on the vehicle because the certified tech was off. To top that off, they had my vehicle for 3 days and when I got it back 10 miles down the road, check engine light comes back on and service manage tells me it's the converter and to just have someone cut it off and put a pipe in it. To sum it up, his shade tree mechanizing cost me over 600 to get it back running again. Have called GMC and filled a formal complaint. And if you do take your vehicle there, please remove your K&N air filter or they will, without asking and replace it with a 25.00 cheapy. Just a little FYI to anyone who would rather not get ripped off. God Bless!

Rhodes service team has always been very clear about the work they are going to perform prior to beginning to fix the vehicle. I have gone several times to have service work performed on our fleet of cars. Super team to work with and never an issue when we get the vehicles back to place on the road. My new (778 miles) Traverse was delivered to Russell Chevrolet December 15 for repair of collision damage. Nothing was apparently done for 3 weeks and now over 2 months later it is still not repaired and apparently nothing is happening while they wait for a $25.00 part for a 2017 vehicle which is "on backorder". The estimate originally had incorrect GM part numbers which may have been eventually corrected. I do not know what efforts have been made to obtain this part or a functional equivalent and never got any information until I started complaining to my insurance carrier and General Motors. And yet all I have been told is the part is "on backorder" and they don't know when it will be received, if ever. I have asked when it was placed on backorder and what efforts have been made to locate the part and the answer I received was "I don't know". I have never had a problem with Russell Chevrolet in the 30 years I have done business with them, but this is just a nightmare with no apparent end. Some of the blame lies with Safeco but plenty with Russell Chevrolet.

I took my Envoy Denali in to have an oil pan gasket repaired. This repair requires the disassembly of the front end. I paid almost 2K for this repair. The day after I received my car back as I was driving I suddenly lost all control of the steering and braking system. The car jerked to the right and off into the ditch. I had zero control over the car, I had to wait until is slowed enough to put it in park to stop it. Superior Auto Group owners said that since I was not injured there was basically "no harm, no foul". This was not a simple accident that could have harmed my car or just caused me to brake down...My life and the lives of ever person along my driving route that day was put at risk. I utilized this company for many years trusting that I was receiving professional workmanship. I will never use or buy any automobile from Superior Auto Group again, I encourage everyone to utilize the many qualified local repair shops in the NWA area that will actually take pride in there work. I know I will! Consumer be aware!!
