Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. It was lunch time so they were cycling tech's for their lunch hour. I asked them to look at my breaks while it was up on the rack and call me with a verdict and price. Got a call in less than 15 minutes from Jerry the service writer. The price was fair. They had my tires rotated, oil changed and new breaks on in about 3 hours. Can't complain about that at all considering I had no appointment when I showed up.

Good afternoon McLARTY Nissan dealership. I have recently had my 2015 Nissan Versa serviced at your service center. I scheduled a appointment with my service advisor Jordan Camp. Upon my arrival on Saturday April 11 I was greeted by Jordan. He explained to me in detail what services were going to performed on my vehicle. Jordan was very knowledgeable about all services that were going to take place that morning on my vehicle. Took my truck in and sadly got it back worse off than when they got it. Lack of info from them, the cause. They rendered all my tire sensors useless because of one, but failed to inform me this would happen. Out $150 charge and in worse shape than when I went in.

Ordered floor liners in person at the parts department to insure I got the right ones. Called for 4-5 days before finally speaking to Cody in parts who said they were in. I drive an hour to Jonesboro to find that they are not in. Cody says well I can ship them to you. I thought that would be awesome. So I give him a $100 and $25 Chevy rewards voucher as partial payment and go for my card to pay the balance. He said “don’t worry about the difference, we have a little wiggle room on the price.” This was on a Wednesday so on Friday I call to verify that they’d been shipped only to find Cody had quit. Now the dealership will not honor the price Cody promised me. It seems that working with management at this dealership is impossible. I hate being made to be a liar but this is exactly the way I’m being

The Bale repair shop on North Cross St should be avoided at all cost. I had some work done on my Suburban a few months ago, and it was amazing how incompetent this shop is. I got a firm estimate from them, and then I was told, after they started, that it was a huge error by over 100%. Eventually it had to be escalated twice within the Bale Service Organization. At the end, the overall job done was very poor. I had to take it to Crain Chevrolet to get it done correctly. They even removed items that was in my car that was not theirs. They couldn't find the parts in most cases, so I had to find them myself third party. They blamed the lack of parts on COVID, but how was I able to get them and they couldn't. Overall, the young man helping me didn't know what he was doing. He priced the job incorrectly, he apparently didn't know how to estimate and had no oversight what so every by Bale. He even lost the original estimate and he had to redo it. One of the managers apologized and told me he would make it right. Well, he didn't. He was interested in trying to negotiate less scope that was promised.....the remaining work was done very cheaply. Crain corrected, but of course, I had to pay to get it done right. Don't bother going to them. Not fit to stay in business.

Brought car in for a recall. They fixed that issue and damaged something else in the process. I kept getting the run around on what day to come back to get the new issue fixed. During this time waiting, I was sent a customer satisfaction survey. So I filled it out of course, I was truthful and not happy with the damaged car. I finally took the day off from work and dropped my car off for the appintment they gave me. I called later that day to get the status on my repair and they said they would not fix it because of the survey I filled out! So why do you fill out a survey if you can't handle the truth about your business!

I've been taking my 1994 Honda Prelude (my baby) to Honda Pro for several years now. They use only Honda parts and the quality of work is superb. They never try to push more service on you like some tend to do, they just put comments on your receipt letting you know any recommended work that might need to be addressed at some point.

Let me start by saying the extended warranty they offer and I paid an extra $1500 for is a joke.. It never covers any thing and the service center will make sure of this from what I have experienced.. The people who work in their service center doesn't have enough respect to call you to inform of what they are going to do to you car and that isn't going to be covered before they do the work.. Even after you make it very clean that you want them to call you before they do anything that will cost you money.. They even give your their word that they will call but guess what the only call you get is to inform you that your car is done and that you now owe them money because this amazing warranty that you bought wont cover the cost.. The warranty is suppost to be bumper to bumper 75000miles if anything breaks they fix it you'll never pay more them a 100$ out of pocket and that is only suppost to be if you use a company that is outside of their an approved machanic list.. Even the dealerships sells ppl is like a bunch of buzzards that hover over you and pressurer the xxxx out of you.. Filling your head with a bunch of deals that is not at all what they act like they are.. I wish I would of never bought anything from this car lot and I will never take my car back to them again! Not even for any of my services I would rather pay out of pocket then give them another dollar of my money...
