I recently purchased a vehicle from Chris Crain and worked with Torin, who was fantastic. He went above and beyond us in every way possible. He was incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions. It did not matter how busy he was, he still made me feel so important. He was very patient, understanding, and caring. I highly recommend Chris Crain & his team. Everyone there was extremely kind to us from the moment we arrived until we left. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because Torin and the Chris Crain team deserve it.

I just purchased a 2012 Fiat from this dealership and couldn't possible by happier with the service I received. I had the privilege of working with Andrew and he is just awesome. I found my car online and used "click to chat" to get in touch with the dealership. The chat agent Nicole put me in touch with Andrew from the sales team. From the very start Andrew was respectful of me and answered all of my questions honestly and openly, which is a complete 180 from the other dealerships I contacted. I made an appointment to drive to Benton to look at the car in person, and Andrew was kind enough to "pull" the car from inventory so that it wouldn't sell before I could get there. Despite the dealership being VERY busy on Saturday, I never once felt rushed, ignored, or mistreated in anyway. There were some periods of waiting as the paperwork was completed, but Andrew and others checked in on my regularly and apologized profusely for the wait. I cannot recommend them enough.
