I've been taking my 1994 Honda Prelude (my baby) to Honda Pro for several years now. They use only Honda parts and the quality of work is superb. They never try to push more service on you like some tend to do, they just put comments on your receipt letting you know any recommended work that might need to be addressed at some point. Good afternoon McLARTY Nissan dealership. I have recently had my 2015 Nissan Versa serviced at your service center. I scheduled a appointment with my service advisor Jordan Camp. Upon my arrival on Saturday April 11 I was greeted by Jordan. He explained to me in detail what services were going to performed on my vehicle. Jordan was very knowledgeable about all services that were going to take place that morning on my vehicle. Service department is VERY unhelpful, rude and condescending!! Does as little as possible for the customer and tries to charge you for things that are covered by WARRANTY!! Never coming back here! I'll drive another 60+ miles to NOT HAVE TO DEAL with them again!! Don't even want to give them 1 🌟 Talks down to me and acts like she is better than me. I'm sorry for making you DO YOUR JOB!!
