My lincoln was recently rearended by a larger vehicle (GMC Acaidia ) doing extensive damage to my MKZand i was injured all while my husband was out of town on business . I was sure i wanted CAVANAUGH to make the estimates of damage . I called the service department and talked to CARLOS And he went above his call of his duty to help me . De queen ford also sells new dodges. I bought my car in march from a different dealership and have had nothing but problems out of it. I live closer to de queen than the dealership I purchased it from so when it began having more steering problems I took it to them to work on it. They said there was nothing wrong w it. A week later my traction control went out and i couldn't control thr car at all and it would barely move. My breaks also went out. Roadside assistance came and got the car and took it back to them and it has sat on their lot for over a week now and they haven't even looked at it. They have yet to get us a rental and we spent 2 hours on the phone today trying to arrange a pick up for one. The owner was very rude and the service manager who has been there less than a week has no clue what he is doing. Then they informed us and I quote "we take care of our own here and we would appreciate it if you had the dealership you purchased the car from come pick it up off our lot" basically saying they would not service my car and they wanted nothing to do with it. They treated my mother and me like we were inferior and we didn't know what we were talking about. We informed them that this isn't the first time the car has been in the shop for serious issues and it wasn't our first rodeo. We know our warranty rights and they will never get our business again. Baboons could do their job better.

I've been taking my 1994 Honda Prelude (my baby) to Honda Pro for several years now. They use only Honda parts and the quality of work is superb. They never try to push more service on you like some tend to do, they just put comments on your receipt letting you know any recommended work that might need to be addressed at some point.

Good afternoon McLARTY Nissan dealership. I have recently had my 2015 Nissan Versa serviced at your service center. I scheduled a appointment with my service advisor Jordan Camp. Upon my arrival on Saturday April 11 I was greeted by Jordan. He explained to me in detail what services were going to performed on my vehicle. Jordan was very knowledgeable about all services that were going to take place that morning on my vehicle. Contacted parts department to order goodyear tires. Very friendly. Arrived for appointment and was greeted with a smile. They took my keys and in about forty five or so minutes, my car was ready. Very pleasant.

In Siloam Springs for a wedding. Made service appointment to have engine light checked. Alex got me in promptly and had the problem diagnosed in a very short time. I am not a potential customer as I live in Ohio and this was a warranty issue. I appreciate the the fact that I was treated like a local customer. Superior Ford does provide superior service. I did let my nephew, who lives in Siloam Springs, know about the positive experience I had at Superior. Thanks again Alex.
