Service Consistency - Favored First
I love the customer service at this dealership. The gentleman who sold me my Accord, Mr. Neil Nesler, recognized me walking around the lot and made it a point to come by and say hello. I forgot my correct service appointment time and was over 30 minutes late. I appreciate Nick Tate for being understanding of my forgetfulness. He called my cell as soon as the service was complete, and was very detailed in making sure I was aware of the condition of my car, and what recommendations I may consider on future visits. I was also impressed with the fact that when the service was complete, Nick didn't just hand me my key and say, "it's out front." He took 2 minutes to walk me towards the vehicle until he was confident that I recognized where it was parked. That's going the extra mile. That's the Russell Difference. My wife has free oil changes for life on her vehicle at another dealership. We left Russell and I followed my wife to her dealership. I would have loved to have video taped that experience so you can see just how the Russell service department is setting the bar for customer service. From the moment we pulled up to the service bay at my wife's dealership, it wasn't comical - it was just a joke. I appreciate each and every Russell associate. If you ever disappoint me, trust me, I will let you know. But with your dedication and consistency, that is not a concern of mine.
