Brought in my 2019 ascent for an oil change, tire, rotation, and inspection before a trip to Vanderbilt University for critical pulmonology appointment. They missed my drive belt being frayed after only 3000 miles. I discovered this two weeks after my appointment and three days before my trip I called to make sure it was fixed and they told me I couldn’t get in till the following Friday which was too late I brought it in at 8 AM in the morning we’re supposed to get a text on updates after six hours I sent the first text asking what the status was and got no response. I sent a text again two hours later looking for an update got no response I called and asked to speak to a manager , and of course they wouldn’t talk to me, second time! The first time they were supposed to call me when I made the first inquiry about the belt three days prior. at 4 PM I called and asked what the status was and they said they didn’t have a belt and it would be two days to get one. I cannot believe that a dealership who sells models with the boxer engine, would not have a drive belt. I went to Napa to buy a belt and have them put it on saying they couldn’t find one as I got there 45 minutes later they seemed to find a belt and have it installed in my car ready to go. Every time I’ve been to this dealership for service I’ve had to go back for other problems they replaced my cabin filter. They forgot to put a part in to stop the cold air from blowing through my glove box after they fix that my glove box wouldn’t latch had to go back a third time , after one oil change, I had to go back because they stripped the drain plug. Customer service is terrible and because of this I will never buy a Subaru again I wouldn’t buy a pair of rollerskates from this dealership I would give them a -2 stars if that was an option.
