Scott met me with a smile and addressed me by my name. He was very professional and even replaced the broken license plate holders. Scott walked me through all the paper work for my new battery, and even helped me use the service elevator in the waiting area as I am disabled. Scott helped to expedite the battery replacement so my wait time was significantly reduced. Wow, so much better service than I received at Dodge or Toyota! 3 solutions offered, 380$ later, and problem still occurs and the tech forgot to plug back in my turn signal and caution flasher lights. Called an employee for help and the manager of the service department on 2 separate days and didnt receive a return phone call.
