This Victorville Chevrolet dealership is an absolute - don.bailey76
This Victorville Chevrolet dealership is an absolute nightmare. They're incredibly attentive when trying to get your business, but once they have your money, their service becomes abysmal, even with an extended warranty. It's like dealing with completely disengaged employees.
I purchased a brand new, fully loaded 2023 Tahoe High Country with LoJack. The LoJack stopped working within two months and remained inoperative for two years, despite multiple service visits. I also experienced persistent issues with the radio going blank, the vehicle hesitating on acceleration, and randomly losing propulsion. For two years, their consistent response was, "we can't duplicate the issue."
Then, on Mother's Day, the propulsion issue recurred. I brought it in, and it turns out there's a recall for this exact problem! Yet, they still claimed they couldn't do anything because they couldn't reproduce the issue I experienced. The blank radio? Apparently, GM has no fix for that either. This dealership, along with GM, is a master of deflection, constantly pointing fingers at each other while I'm stuck with a lemon that's still under warranty.
Regarding the LoJack, after two years of it not working, they finally identified a faulty connector clip and "fixed" it. However, when I requested a refund for two years of non-functional service, the dealership blamed the LoJack company, who, of course, blamed the dealership right back. Ultimately, there's a complete lack of accountability from Victorville Chevrolet, GM, and LoJack. Once they have your money, good luck getting any issues resolved.
