I wish stars did not exist for this review because this place definitely deserves ZERO. Last month, some idiot technician overpriced me on some tires here when I was clearly trying to price match with him. He prided himself for use to working at a tire shop too.. I believe his name was John or Joe and he even threw his service technician who was doing my oil change and tires under the bus by saying he's going to be fired soon for his poor performance.. Do you think a customer wants to hear that? On top of all this, I booked an appointment at 8 a.m. and didn't leave until 12 p.m. while other people just walked in and out without an appointment. Also, I am waiting on Tom (service manager) to give me a check that refunds about 5% of what they over priced me on tires. Do not service your car here or even buy a Mitsubishi anymore. I would rather service my car at American Tire Depot on Cerritos Ave and Walker. They have honest workers there who break things down for you. Avoid this dealership at all costs! THIS PLACE IS TRASH!

I called three times asking about a pre-owned Porsche. My questions were incredibly basic, such as: May I please see the original window sticker or build sheet? Each time, I was promised someone would get back to me within a short period of time. That was over two weeks ago now. I gave up and the car continues to sit on their lot (where it has been for quite some time). Incredibly poor customer service and horrible business management.

This is the best auto repair shop I've taken my car to recently. The mechanic was able to repair quickly my engine that was the cause to come to Autocraft. I'm very thankful to them and I'll recommend this business because of their great service and affordable prices.

I almost never do online comments on a business. But here it is.
I have been disappointed in most every auto repair experience I have had for 25 years. This service shop was so different, I could not believe it.
The appointment was honored and my car was ready on time. It came in below the estimate, because what they thought might be worn brake rotor(?) was not worn out. The owner was monitoring every part of the service from the time I arrived and got a ride to BART, and during the repair he kept me informed, and I agreed to spend a LOT of money because they were so up-front about everything.
They did more than you could ever ask for, so I am a very happy customer and my friends are going to hear about it!
I drive a very expensive car (BMW) and I feel luck to have found Mike and his crew. Thank you Mike! Fantastic job, even if I am several thousand dollars poorer, it was just time to take care of a lot of little repairs.
