Made an appt so I wouldn't have to wait. When I arrived at the Service Dept..no one avail. to check
me in. Writer offered a free car wash (but after waiting an hour and a half for the oil change, I
said forget it).... Writer did not ask if I wanted synthetic oil.....just automatically had it put in. I
have never had synthetic oil in the ten years I've owned the car. Don't think I needed it.
Before I left..gave me a printout of things that needed to be done on my car. My husband says one
item I don't even HAVE on my car! But they said it was LEAKING!
Don't think I'll be returning to this dealer for servicke.

Did not have a good experience. Went here to get my first service done, and by the end of it, the inside of the car was still pretty dirty. I showed it to one of the Lexus guys standing outside and he brought a cloth and some soap and cleaned the door panels from inside. Then after I left, I noticed that they did not even open the small compartment behind the gear as it was still dirty. The little area at the side of the seats was also dirty. Looks like somebody just vacuumed the car for less than 2 minutes and was done with it. Pretty annoyed, actually surprised and absolutely not expected from a Lexus dealership!

The service department service writers can't make up there mind on appointments. I make an appointment and I still have to wait in line with everyone else. The next time I don't make an appointment and all of the appointments have priority. the service writers are rude when you question them about it. I have 2 Mitsubishis and have always had them serviced there.( WELL I'M DONE )

They had the best customer service but today my husband forgot his oil change coupon And the wife could not find a current one to send to me. They did not honor the one I had. And not only that the service man Felipe cornejo 8345 was the rudest nastiest person ever Thinking in not coming for anymore service here

New car. Made by BMW. Thought the dealership was the correct place to go...I was wrong. Repairs were incorrect and incomplete. Absolutely zero attention to detail as I still have damage. Careless with my car and it received dings and damage WHILE IT WAS THERE. Given back to me filthy..probably so I would not notice AND missing my spare tire which recently came to my attention and I was stranded on a dark road for hours. Poor communication during the process and when I picked it up. Learn from my mistake. Don't believe the 5 star hype.

The worst dealership in all of San Diego. I’ve never met a staff less concerned with anything about your vehicle the second you drive off their lot. Service department is terrible they’re not they’re to help you only to boost their sales. The parts department is no help because they go off of what the idiots in the service department tell them. I will not be buying Mitsubishi ever again or recommending it to anyone else after the terrible experience I’ve had. And I own 2 Mitsubishi’s but never again.

Worst customer service ever. I took my 2009 STI there $15,000 later the check light engine is still on and 3 months later they finally realized it's the catalytic converter. I could have very easily just got to catalytic converter replaced to begin with and had the check light engine off in $2,000 later I would have been in the clear zone for at least a year. Instead I spent 15 grand on things I didn't need just yet. I did everything the service advisor advised me to do and it all turned out to be wrong. save your time and money and go to a different location. I'm a die hard Subaru owner and it's not cheap to play with these toys so trust me save yourself some gray hair and stress and pick another location

I went in for an oil change service with an appointment and was told it would take an hour and a half with a car wash. I was okay with waiting but it wasn't done until three hours later. There was no communication except for me asking the cashier if my truck was ready. I was finally informed by the service guy it was ready. I paid and I gave my ticket to the porter to bring my truck around it took another twenty plus minutes and was not washed. I called and complained to the service manager about my experience and all that was offered was for me to bring my truck down to get washed. I guess if you pay extra for a service contract they don't care because they already have your money.
