I bought a new 2010 370Z from Cardinale Nissan over the Labor Day weekend and that is the best and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. The staff are friendly and helpful. I worked with Dustin, Kenny and Tom (the owner) and they are all professionals and care about their customers. Their customer service is out of this world. Everything is fully disclosed and on the table. If I ever need to buy another car, this is the place. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone.

Terrible customer service from the Sales Manager, Diego. Did not offer a solution or any help. Since this dealership was bought, anything purchased with the old owners is not his issue!!! Once my lease is up, I will no longer purchase from this dealership again!

Came in about 3 weeks to have my oil and battery changed. After 1 hour+, they said everything is all good and charged me. Today, my car battery died and I find out that they did not replace the battery and kept the old one in. I had to move my car and jump it then drive all the way back. They said that they had a "random" battery sitting that they were confused about and decided it was best to wait until someone showed up to pick it up. I don't understand why the could have called me to let me know or investigate to find out that they did not change the car battery. They also did not offer any discount for this inconvenience. I will never come back here again. You pay for a service for them not to perform it and act all fraudulent.
