I brought my truck to Lehmer's, then realized I made an appointment at the wrong service station. They were very accommodating and took the truck and had it back to me before the estimated date of completion. Definitely will be making this my go to for services and maintenance needs.

Glenn Turner is the best Service Attendant ever. His honesty, integrity and accommodating style for our Lexus major work (timing belt) was of high caliber. We truly appreciate the military discount for service and parts for our 93 year old mother. We also thank this dealership for providing a complimentary hybrid Lexus vehicle while work was done. Glenn again was most patient through out in explaining the service to be done and how to drive the new car. I recommend this dealership and Glenn for a most satisfactory experience.

This is a review specifically for the service department of Lexus Escondido. I have not purchased a new car through them yet, but I will on my next Lexus. I am extremely careful with my cars and I maintain them visually myself. I’m not a big fan of scuffs on the door sills or new marks that show up when automotive service places are just negligent. Lexus Escondido is NOT negligent. They listen to what you’re concerned about and work around your asks(even if said asks are a little crazy.). I have an all white interior on my 24’ LC500 and I wrap up all the vulnerable parts of the interior before I bring it to them so they can just do their work. Christian Burke is super communicative on the service writing side and Rafael is a lead tech that honestly explains anything and everything he’s doing to your ride if it’s somewhat involved. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. I even had an issues with an aftermarket lift from Westcott on my 24’ GX550 and Lexus Escondido didn’t bat an eye and fixed what trash work Westcott designs did out in Arizona. I will bring all my service work, including my dads Lexus, to Christian Burke forever. Of note: I live all the way down in San Diego and drive PAST Lexus San Diego up to Escondido to have such a good experience.

My Lexus LS 460 L 2009 overheated while on the job in San Bernardino, Ca on July 10 2024. I uber'ed to the dealership from the hotel, and purchased 2 gallons of coolant. I put the coolant in the car at the hotel and filled it according to the manual. The radiator failed, so I drove the car to Lexus of Riverside. Lexus provided a loaner car, even though I live near Bakersfield. Lance Lee worked with me. I showed Lance the unused gallon of coolant and asked that he use it to save a little cost. I also told Lance the that service maintenance on my 2009 was often way more than the car was worth. I love the car, it is paid for, and I do what I can to keep up with all the repairs. I also showed him the engine cowling in the trunk so that he could replace it when the car was done. We agreed to replace the radiator and do an oil change and surface the front rotors (suggested by Lexus of Bakersfield) . The first contact from the dealership was a text from Rafael Gamez and a video of what was wrong with my car. Unfortunately it was not my car. The video showed a mechanic flippantly show me what was broken old and otherwise the poor condition this car was in. Even if it was my car, I could only imagine how this customer was going to be treated, it is expensive to service a car at the dealership, they are aware of this and it appears from this video that they would provide an extensive list and costly repairs. to whoever owned it. The more I thought about it the more heated I got, Lance knew I was not about repairing the car to brand new. I responded to the text and asked that The service manager contact me before going any further. David Churchill (service Director) called me, unfortunately I was at work in meetings and could not take the call. He had Lance call me and again I was in meetings. the texts went back and forth with Lance because we could not come to a total bill. We worked out a deal to replace the radiator and instead of surfacing the rotors, I agreed to replace them. I was given a discount. The car would be done on Friday. I drove nearly 4 hours to pick up the car on the 12th. Lance had gone home for the day and the department took my payment. They suggested I had two other issues that needed to be fixed and to take it to my dealership in Bakersfield. Two fan motors were close to failing. My wife and I moved my items in the trunk from the loaner to the my car. When we got in the car, the gas was on EMPTY. and the air conditioner was not working. It would try to start and failed. They did not tell of that the fan had failed or broke while in service. The temperature outside was 109 and where I was going was even hotter. The car was not drive-able, so I went back into service and asked that someone come out and look and see what was wrong with the vehicle. Of course it was the most expensive of the two fans and the other fan was associated with cooling the engine down. Needless to say I was livid. I will pay for work that needs to be done. I moved my materiel back from my trunk and to the loaner and drove home arriving near 10 PM. The Service department new I was mad. George Alverez? (I apologize if this name is not right) the service lead heard me out and understood how misguided the service was to date. He checked the fan in the glove box and said it was broken. It my head, tell me whats wrong and I fix it. Don't ask me to pick up a car that is broken and on top of that leave it empty, make me drive 8 hours both ways and spend $100's on gas to fill the loaner. I am in customer service too, and I felt like I was taken advantage of by a service department and dealership that just counts the $$ they can bill for. On Sat the 13th I was called by George. He notified me that the he had talked with David and the ownership there? They agreed to replace both fans and fill the car with gas, all at no charge to me. Tomas was extremely knowledgeable about my GS350 F w squeaky brakes. He fixed it after the first attempt knowing exactly what was causing the issue. I went to two different shops before and they told me it was normal which I knew was ridiculous. Tomas made me feel like he genuinely cared about getting to the bottom of the annoying squeaking coming from my brand new car. I am so happy to have met him.. I will always go back to him from now on

Service Department is a misnomer - theorangedot

I have a 2015 Fiat 500e. I originally phoned two weeks ago and explained there were some irregularities with the charging and could I bring it in. I was told it wasn't anything to be concerned with as long as I didn't see any lights on the LED indicating an issue. I phoned back last week and asked again if I could make an appointment as I wanted the issue addressed before the warranty expired, in addition to another noise the car was making when making a turn. I secured an appointment through Samantha and brought it in this morning 17 min earlier than my scheduled appointment of 1030. I was greeted by the service advisor, Adam and was first told they probably wouldn't be able to get to the car until the next day as I brought it in so late. I told him I had an appointment; then he said it would probably have to be there all day until 1830 and lastly, why didn't I take it to the Berkeley dealership since I lived there. He seemed a bit frazzled and discombobulated, so I quickly explained the issues I wanted to have inspected: the charging inconsistencies, a noise on left front tire and the brakes plus some minor things. He told me of a recall issue and the need for a software update. (I don't know why I wasn't informed when I originally phoned with the charging concern) He then explained my car was no longer under warranty. So, he seemed willing to work with me especially on the cost of repairs, but advised me on having any brake work done, if needed, with the dealership because I would want factory parts and service for that sort of work. He told me he'd phone me at 1330 and give me an update on the service. We were told to wait in the service lounge until a shuttle could be arranged for a trip to a nearby mall. (on a side note, it took 1.5 hr to get the shuttle) By 1530, I had not heard back and phoned the service department. I was told the service advisor would receive the message and phone me back. By 1619, I still had not received a phone call, so I phoned them again to get an update. Again, I was told the service advisor would return my call. I phoned back again at 1628 to ask them if they would place it on charge as I had to drive it back to Berkeley. At this point, I was informed it had not been inspected, yet and would probably have to overnight (this was with an appointment). I said if that was the case, I simply want my car back and to please arrange a pick up for us. That's when I finally was able to speak with Adam. He hurriedly explained he was arranging to have a Lyft car collect us and bring us back to the dealership. He hung up before I could ask him to be certain it was placed on charge. When I arrived, Adam immediately and frenetically explained the tires were off, the car was up in the air and they were in the middle of the inspection. He asked me to wait in the service lounge. I was flummoxed. I waited outside to speak with the mechanic to find out what the issues were as Adam seemed rather flustered and I honestly, didn't understand what he said. The mechanic told me there actually was an issue with the front tire involving the shock and a hydraulic leak, plus I was told it was a good thing I had the software glitch fixed. They couldn't recreate the braking issue ( I suspect it was never taken out for a drive) and had the tires rotated. All for $199.95. I found out later from the mechanic, the $180 charge involving the hydraulic leak was not to repair it, but simply confirm it. Awesome. Oh, and the car wasn't charged. However, they did offer to put it on a charger, that is until they unplugged it @1730 and closed up shop. If you'd like to experience this kind of shoddy, inept, abominable, maladroit customer service head on over to @lithiafiatofconcord. I understand they're under new management.

Don't buy or get service at Livermore Subaru. The service is atrocious. No calls back, tiny waiting area. Lexus must have surveyed this place and opted to do the exact opposite. When I bought my car, the sales man told me 'we have plenty of cars and plenty of buyers, no need for any sales"-so I bought elsewhere-but I've TRIED to get service here, big mistake.

Why - The rating is very low because I paid $589 for a 60K mile check, $200 for brake pads No mention of low battery Took back car twice in two weeks & was charged $40 just to look at it again & say the battery was low Although friendly, their fee was ridiculous.
