Tesla dealer has no paper contract for buyer to see and everything is digital. The representative had our address wrong on sales contract that we discovered in our online account 2 days after the delivery date. We tried to call the dealer and it was so difficult to get to a human. Finally went there in person to make an address correction. Now it is been one week and they told me today nobody looked into the request. Compared to traditional dealer, the tesla dealer has no service!
