I found a truck at their place of business. I tried to secure the truck for two days before someone else could. I did all the leg work... made appointment for a mechanic to look it over, getting a transport company to ship it, finances ready for purchase to get a text from the mechanic saying "They sold it yesterday". What are you kidding me. If you want peace of mind do not waste your time with these clowns.

Prestige Autos is a misleading and deceptive dealership. The vehicle I tried to purchase had more problems than what they initially disclosed. The sales staff are flimflammers - specifically, Curtis and the GM David. When I became frustrated with the transaction and their poor service they simply ghosted me; they ceased returning my calls, texts, and emails. Later, without notice or prompting they just refunded my deposit and refused to do business with me. A day later the vehicle was re-posted on the internet for a much higher price than what I had been quoted. You should know this tidbit as well - the the vehicle price that is posted on the internet is not accurate. Prestige tacks-on $2k onto the quoted price for an unwanted window tinting warranty. Basically, its a mark-up on the quoted price to get people to bite on their advertisements. You cannot opt out of the warranty and it can only be redeemed at their office location. This business epitomizes every slimeball connotation associated with self-indulgent car salesmen.

We found their listing on Craigslist and it gave a number to text if interested so we did. Danny responded and he was really nice and told us he would our name on their list of people who would come in over the weekend. We had planned on going in on Sunday but Saturday we got a text from Danny stating that there were a few people comimg in to look at the same car and that he would keep us posted. Danny did a great job of keeping us updated on the status of the car and no one ended up buying it so we came in on Sunday. There was no sales pressure whatsoever. We were given the keys and told to go play around and see what we think. The car was 19 years old but only had about 60,000 miles and it was well cared for and almost stock. The price was good but we wanted a little bit of a deal so we haggled with John. John has been doing sales a long time and he didn't give much room for negotiation but he validated why the car was worth it an even went so far as to show us how much money the dealership had to put into the car. After a few minutes of debate and banter they offered me sales job and we got a small discount. We paid cash so we didn't have to deal with sny financing issues. After the sale John brought in his dog Rusty who rolled around for us. In the end, we bought a great car for a good price and had a pretty fun time. If I am in the market for another car or looking for a job then will definitely be checking out See Mo Cars again.

Excelent costumer service and profesionalism.We went there at 3 and at 6 pm all the paper work was ready for us. I was convinced that I want a BMW instead but after I met Cindy and the sales manager of Monrovia, I decided that this is the car and the services I want. They explained to me how the new CX5 works and howmuch I will save on gas plus the security of the car. I saw that their factory-trained mechanics are there to serve us and that made me consider that my decision to work with Sierra Aurocars, inc., Monrovia was the best i could make. please do not heistate to go and visit this wondeful cardelership with superb people, that are ready to work for you even on sundays:))

Do not buy here these people are fraudulent . They sold me a broken down vehicle and forged my signature on documents. I had to get an attorney and from the looks of it it seems like this is a common practice of theirs since the firm has several suits against them. Francisco, Jose ,Juan ,Fernando and Louise shame on you they said the car has never been in an accident lies they told it's been in two. Please do not give them your hard earned money you will be sorry !!!! I no we all have credit issues but please do not go here no matter how easy it is to get financed.

This dealership is run by a fair moral man. Lets not forget this is a business not an auto wholesaler with endless overhead to accommodate every request you may have. There is only so much profit on a 10K car. They will do what they can to make things right. Needed a commuter car. 2 days later water pump went out. Covered the costs of new radiator, thermostat, water pump and belt. Even after I signed the "AS IS" paperwork. Final sale!! Tell me again how this man is unscrupulous and I'll laugh in your face.
