Great service until they accused me of taking a key - Marjo
I came to this dealership with my mother to make a purchase for myself... they were very attentive and Professional until I asked for the second set of keys for my 2017 vehicle. The sales rep as well as the Manager accused my mother and I love having the key all along which was definitely not the case. Over a week later I received a call from the sales rep letting me know that they have found the key when I make it down to the dealership there’s no apology, instead he went on to tell me a story about how another sales manager found the key on the ground outside of the service department. I seriously wish we still lived In a world where adults can openly admit their mistakes and simply apologize for being wrong. For the exception of this incident I would highly advise anyone in the market for a vehicle to definitely visit them

Great Sales Staff - Kaitlyn B
I was about $5000 buried in my leased car. Jeff Clarke was able to get me out of it, into a new Outlander Sport with a better warranty and for barely any more per month than I was paying for a lease! They took time to find the right car to my specifications (Blue, heated seat, Bluetooth, and back up camera were my MUST haves). He took time to go over all the features of the car with me so I felt comfortable driving off.

Skyline Mitsubishi is a scam - Evox
Skyline Mitsubishi is a scam! I went in last month to trade in my 2008 evo x for an Outlander Sport. First off they quoted and promised to pay off my car for a much higher price then what they actually snuck into the documents. As it was late at night, we were obviously rushed and didn’t even notice that they changed the numbers behind our backs. They didn’t pay the full amount on the car. We were promised to have the car payed off in full ad well as not having two car payments for the next month. However I ended up having to pay for the two car payments anyways since they lied and didn’t pay off the evo in full. About a month after I purchased their new vehicle, they had the audacity to call me and ask me to come in (3 hours from where I live) to sign some paperwork that they forgot to have me sign when I was in there the night of the purchase. Even after all this.... they called me and asked me to bring some stock parts in for them to help them sell the car. This was never promised in the original agreement. But I brought those parts for them anyways. I went it to talk to them about the discrepancy and the new GM proceeded to tell me there was nothing he could do since the previous GM was the one who handled it. After talking to other employees I was informed that this was not the first time they have scammed people in such a way. Very disappointed. Would highly recommend never ever coming here. And if you do, check your paperwork, because anything you shake hands on or is “promised” in the beginning is FALSE!
One of the worst service i have ever had in my life for... - meetrknow
One of the worst service i have ever had in my life for my car. I would recommend them to atleast have a mechanic with a minimum knowledge of how to change oil. I took my car for oil change. They changed the oil but the mechanic didnt even have the common sense to check back that there is no leak from the drain pulg. He replaced the drain plug half way threaded and I had oil leak all the way from there on. I noticed it at my parking lot that there was a huge oil leak underneath the engine were i parked the car. Then when i took it to another dealer he fixed it and said that the drain plug was not replaced back properly and as well he said they have over filled oil in the engine.
Are you guys running a traning center with the customer car that comes in for service?. I reported this incident to them and for my surprise they told that in a very cool way that the drain plug would have not been properly place back and asked me to take my car to a nearest place to get it fixed. (Seriously !!!). And not ever asked a sorry for the mistake from their side. I have sent a mail to ther service person and he didnt even replied back for it.
Very Very bad experience I had. Dont ever ever go to that place and get your car experimented by mechanics who dont have the basic common sense to check back if they fixed something correct. oil change is a simple thing and they mess up even with that without even realising the consequence of the engine itself going dead.
