Horrible experience - Pissed off charger owner
Worst experience ever. I purchased a Dodge Charger online for my sister whom lives in another state.
We made the deal online and she came into town 2 days later to pick up the car.
Imagine our surprise when the car was filthy, oil wasn’t changed, leaves were under the hood, missing paint down to metal on back and door and the door chip was rusting. Inside carbon fiber cover damaged.
Managers had all kinds of excuses but when we were going to leave without the car they agreed to fix the issues. After extending her stay, she went to pick up the car.
Inside wasn’t even touched and someone haphazardly added paint to fix the two dents.
This entire experience has been horrific. We are looking at BBB complaint and legal action, this is beyond the worst experience ever.
Before you decide to come here, do homework and read the reviews. This was such bad customer service lies and unbelievably bad all around. Don’t make the same mistake and save yourself aggravation.
Old school high pressure sales and games - honda8k
Everything is a game and a fight. Price of car, color, "required" accessories you name it. Reminds me of the way dealers did business 30 years ago.
The prices on the car (many of them very used) are way above the market value. It's ridiculous to be charging 5k over blue book for a 13 year old Honda with 170K miles. In the old school way they hope you are too dumb to know that or so sick of the experience you accept it and leave. There are so many honest dealers in Colorado now. A few even sell Mitsubishi.
Do not go here if you want a easy car buying experience or if you are someone who does not know cars VERY well.

One of the worst service i have ever had in my life for my car. I would recommend them to atleast have a mechanic with a minimum knowledge of how to change oil. I took my car for oil change. They changed the oil but the mechanic didnt even have the common sense to check back that there is no leak from the drain pulg. He replaced the drain plug half way threaded and I had oil leak all the way from there on. I noticed it at my parking lot that there was a huge oil leak underneath the engine were i parked the car. Then when i took it to another dealer he fixed it and said that the drain plug was not replaced back properly and as well he said they have over filled oil in the engine.
Are you guys running a traning center with the customer car that comes in for service?. I reported this incident to them and for my surprise they told that in a very cool way that the drain plug would have not been properly place back and asked me to take my car to a nearest place to get it fixed. (Seriously !!!). And not ever asked a sorry for the mistake from their side. I have sent a mail to ther service person and he didnt even replied back for it.
Very Very bad experience I had. Dont ever ever go to that place and get your car experimented by mechanics who dont have the basic common sense to check back if they fixed something correct. oil change is a simple thing and they mess up even with that without even realising the consequence of the engine itself going dead.
