My overall experience at Valenti Maserati was outstanding. I worked with Sky since January until when I finally purchased a vehicle in April 2019. They were very fair on pricing and everyone at the dealership is very helpful in making sure everything is all set with nothing to worry about. I live in Massachusetts and buying a car out of state can always require extra work between insurance, taxes, and proper inspections. Working with Sky made it very easy on my part making sure everything was all set from paper signing to delivery of my vehicle and making sure all the extras and paperwork was perfect. I would recommenced Buying a vehicle from this dealer. Valenti auto is family owned and operated and makes for a great easy car buying experience.

Tried to book a service appointment with Maserati of Westport for my 2017 QP on 10/3/18 , very rude and poor customer service, the lady who books appointments refused to offer me a loaner for a 3 hours service telling me they don"t know who I am and I did not buy the car from them !!!, spoke with service manager who tried to be reasonable
The QP is a great car, to get it serviced is another story, sub par customer service compared to any other car brand I ever experienced.
To conclude, if you wish to get disrespected, frustrated and treated very poorly then please contact Maserati of Westport to service your car

Absolutely terrible service department. Will never return your phone call. Not willing to work with you to come to a reasonable solution to keep the customer happy.
I received my car without a cigarette lighter in the front. I also let them know my infotainment screen keeps shutting off and on randomly and would like a fix for this fault. I also wanted to know if my amp can be calibrated to different settings. Called multiple times only to be told they will call me back but weeks later, still no update or call back. Extremely unprofessional.
Not only is their service advisor Larry incompetent and slow, their mechanic Paul is clueless as ever.
The funny thing is they have this plaque on the service advisors desk that says they strive to deliver great customer service. It’s a joke and complete lie.
I think it all has to do with them opening up shop not too long ago therefore everyone in there is inexperienced and careless.
They have completely turned me off from Maserati and when time comes to give my lease back, I will go back to BMW. In the meantime, I will be going to Maserati of Westport from now on to see if they deliver better customer service.
Stay away from this place at all costs.
