Maserati of Westport - YS
Tried to book a service appointment with Maserati of Westport for my 2017 QP on 10/3/18 , very rude and poor customer service, the lady who books appointments refused to offer me a loaner for a 3 hours service telling me they don"t know who I am and I did not buy the car from them !!!, spoke with service manager who tried to be reasonable
The QP is a great car, to get it serviced is another story, sub par customer service compared to any other car brand I ever experienced.
To conclude, if you wish to get disrespected, frustrated and treated very poorly then please contact Maserati of Westport to service your car

Words simply can't describe how truly satisfied I am with the purchase of my new MASARATI from these guys!! Let me start out by saying that within the last 10 years, between my fiancé and I, we have purchased 8 new cars from many different luxury car dealerships ranging from Audi, BMW, Porsche, Ferrari, Lexus, and Land Rover. Never in my life have I ever experienced such an exceptional level of customer service and professionalism from a dealership, like I did at Valenti Masarati. EVERY SINGLE employee that I worked with went above and beyond to satisfy my needs !! My salesman was Gino, never in my life have I bought a car from a salesman who never hustled, or pressured me into something that I didn't want to do .. Throughout the whole transaction it was obvious that Gino had my best interests in mind and was willing to do absolutely everything in his power to accommodate my requests. BY FAR THE BEST SALESMAN I HAHE EVER BOUGHT A CAR FROM ! And TO THIS DAY, there has not been one single time that I have called his cell phone without answer.. Even on his days off !!
SERVICE... Shortly after I took delivery of my new car, I had requested a few minor details to be corrected by the service department.. Needless to say the service manager, Bob, provided the most professional yet seamless customer service oriented experience that I had ever encountered in all of my days in dealing with new car dealerships..
Not only that.....
But even the valet driver, John, who was sent to my home over 60 miles away from the dealership to deliver a loaner vehicle and take my vehicle into service was yet again another absolute pleasure to deal with. He took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the loaner car agreement, and went out of his way to make sure that I was comfortable with releasing my new car into the hands of someone I had never met before. He assured me his only regard was the care of my vehicle. When I noticed him remove a ring from his finger before he entered my vehicle I questioned him, his response was that he "didn't want the possibility of anything scratching the wood trim on my steering wheel" WOW!! NEVER HAVE I WITNESSED A DEALERSHIP THAT WAS REMOTELY CLOSE TO PROVIDING THIS LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM !!
