One of my worst new car experiences due to a truly untrustworthy dealership. After collecting my personal information, and my credit application, was advised 2 days later that the unit was transferred and sold by another dealership in the group. As a previous customer, I did not expect this kind of gross miscommunication and misrepresentation. Cannot recommend and will not return.

Brought a brand new GLE450-MB took in for scheduled service sabotaged vehicle care poor quality maintenance provided, left manifold screw (check engine light kept coming on) half screwed in, change brake fluid caliber bleed screw finger tighten (all pics available to see) fail to rotate tires at interval service at 29k rear tire’s worn out, front still good, and when asked about this, service manager took me in a text he feel sorry I walk around in a state of paranoia…how can you not when stuff like this is constantly happening to your new vehicle. Center console, had to be fixed 2x and more.

I have been coming to Nucar Connection ever since I brought my Cruz in 2017 .On September 8 ,I had my routine oil change and tire rotation . I do this regularly. On that day it was suggested that I replace my front brake pads and rotor . Everything else on that invoice was marked as satisfactory. Because I take such recommendations seriously I made an appointment to get my brake work done on 9/12. It was said on 9/12 that my tires were dry rotted and my windshield wipers needed to be replaced .However ,the invoice on 9/8 said everything was satisfactory . I seems disingenuous to say on ,9/8 that everything was fine ,and then on 9/12 say my wind shield wipers need to be replaced as. well as my tires. Why were these things not caught on 9/8 with the oil change ? I have other things to do besides sit around in a dealership .

The sales manager, Jerry D. was willing to negotiate with me to get to where I wanted to be. Very straight forward, and willing to show me how things added up. Both Sam and Jerry educated me on a few things about the car buisness as well. I left feeling good about my decision and with a nice looking 2020 Nissan Murano ! Thanks Guys!

They continue to daily send emails to me but still after several attempts have not answered my original request which was to send to me a list of all additional cost options included in the msrp price as shown on the window sticker. All they want is to talk to me on the phone and make suggestions about financing. All I want is clean in simple. Tell what’s included in the price, if I like what’s included and the price I will buy the car if not I will continue to search. They are not smart enough to know that they may have in me the easiest quickest sale that they will ever make. They want to do their old school song and dance routine. So sad!
