Ongoing muffler problem - ASTUDVIN
I have had an ongoing problem with my 2015 Evoque’s muffler. Land Rover fixed it free of charge the first time a baffle inside it “broke” and started making a rattling, vibrating noise but tried to decline fixing it when it recently reoccured a second time. Luckily Sean persisted on my behalf to get them to fix it again. Hopefully it will not break a third time. I greatly appreciate Sean’s assistance in dealing with this issue. So while I am not happy with Land Rover’s attempt to shirk their responsibility to fix this ongoing defect, I am giving Sean 5 stars for advocating for me.

Purchased a Rav 4 just 2 months ago and already needs a battery replaced . I tested it and it tests at 168 cold cranking amps just 2 months after purchasing the vehicle . I informed the Salesperson Ken whom told me it’s a regular wear and tear item . Really after just 2 months a battery that’s supposed to be 550 cold cranking amps is 168 ? Best part is the vehicle is supposed to be under warranty for 12k miles or 12 months . The kicker is that it’s even stated on their FTC sticker aka Buyers Guide . I sent over copies of both their buyers guide and a picture of the tester reflecting the battery needs replaced . If anyone else experiences something that should be covered under the Federal Trade Commission Sticker aka Buyers Guide you can report it to the FTC Additionally you can teach the Delaware Attorney Generals Office @302-577-8400. You can also open an investigation with Dealer Services at the DMV in Dover at (302) 744 2500. I will be doing all of the above . I gave NUCAR the opportunity to exercise some common sense and customer service but they failed miserably . I suggest moving forward that they just exercise some proper customer service and stand behind their own lot warranty . Under no set of circumstances should anyone be replacing a battery or anything else just 2 months and less then 3 k miles after purchasing a vehicle .

My salesman was Justin. He started out with a bang. Then after I told him what I wanted and he said it would happen, he tried selling me something completely different. I went off and he got nasty with me saying I was in the wrong for getting mad. Then when it was all straightened out, he talked us into an extended warranty. I had the vehicle less than a month and had to have new tires put on because it was out of alignment. Had it aligned and there were SEVERAL parts broken that had to be replaced. Turned it into the warranty company and it was declined. $3000 later out of MY pocket it was fixed. Reached out to Justin and till this day still hasn’t even commented on it. Went for another oil change, and the back brakes were gone as well as rotors. $400 later it was fixed. Decided to get rid of it before there was something else happens. Asked for refund on Gap insurance (pro rated of course) and the warranty. Justin said he would see if I could get a refund. Waited a week and text Justin for an update on approval. No response. Text him again today asking if he was ignoring me. He text back saying I was threatening him and he was on vacation is why he didn’t respond and now that he is back he has been slammed. Proceeded to tell him all he had to do was communicate and this could have been avoided and that I didn’t appreciate him saying I was threatening him as that was a bold face lie.
I then ask for the owners contact info and now he won’t respond. This dealership is the reason car dealerships have a bad name of salesman doing whatever including screwing you over to make a sale.
Steer clear of this business as they don’t give a crap about you and your hard earned money. Crappy cars and crappy salesmen.

I would never recommend this place. I've been with out a car since September 20 roughly. I've been placed in 2 faulty cars that both had MAJOR ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION ISSUES! ONE EVEN STARTED TO SMOKE WHEN I CRANKED IT while the salesman was standing there!!! They stated that I can't get out of the contract and I still have to make a payment on the loan. I don't have a car, I've lost my job because of this and now I can't even go to interviews. I feel victimized and taken advantage of. I have reported this company as well. Both cars put my son and I in danger and I would not trust this company at all!!!!!!! It's such a scam and headache

Our experience was good, SO I THOUGHT. Recently traded 2 vehicles in for a new truck. We signed a deal for them to pay off both vehicles and financed the new truck. 24 days later we received a call from the dealership that they were $6000 short on their figure for the payoff amount for one vehicle. In other words they screwed up on their numbers and wanted us to come back in and pay the difference. It has been 5 more days and we found out they are $6000 short on the payoff leaving us with the bill and no vehicle. I will do every possible means to report this and go as far as I have to.

I live in the area and I was looking for a truck to play around to maybe even modified. I seen that American Rides had a truck on their lot that I really intrested in buying, and I looked the truck up on there website and didn't have a price on there, so I decided to Email the owner about the truck, I asked them if there was any known problems and if there anything that I need to know about it, owner said that there's nothing wrong with the truck and was ready to go. so I decided to stop in and look at the truck and test drive it, it drove fine around the block. And I pulled back in to talk to the owner a little bit more about the truck. they gave me a price and got them down a little bit (only $150 WOW). So when I left there to go to my bank to to about getting a loan (I was denied from my bank). I went back and told them I couldn't get the loan, they referred me to a different finance company (Mariner Finance -- different subject -- DO NOT go there for a loan, EVER). I was approved and got the check and went back there to pick up the truck. A week goes by after getting the truck, I have noticed many things that have been going wrong with it (still having problems). With them Lying to me getting a sell, I am still fixing all kinds of problem with truck "being good to go". the clutch was worn and there was an oil leak, and didn't say that the truck needed alignment (now I have to get new tires at the cheapest $125 each). I DO NOT recommend anyone buying a car, truck, SUV, ETC fro mthis place. There are other dealers out there that you can get a very nice used car to buy to your likings.

I purchased a car from England Motor Coach about three months ago and LOVE it. I haven't had any problems with it and am very happy. Recently though I was in an fender bender accident in a parking lot that damaged the vehicle so I took my car to England Motorcoach. They gave me a free estimate, handled the insurance claim process and even took me to get a rental! My car was out relatively quickly and looked like new. I had a promotional coupon too, which saved a little money. Overall, I am totally satisfied. Thank you guys again!
