The Best Dealership Experience Ever ALLIGATOR ALLEY HARLEY DAVIDSON, is the best. It is unlike any other Harley D dealership experience, the showroom is state of the art. We have bought/sold/ and serviced many Trikes in our life and until ALLIGATOR ALLEY HARLEY DAVIDSON, I always dreaded the experience. Other dealerships are very stressful, from the time, we walk in to the time we leave. The pressure from salesman is incredible. Not here. I've been dealing with this particular dealer for many years and never found it stressful. From the moment, we arrive, till we drive off, we feel valued and respected. There is never any pressure from anyone. I have always been a satisfied customer and have referred many other people to buy here too.. My husband and I have come in together and he has come alone or with friends. The service is consistently friendly and stress free. The service department, Patrick outstanding, Parts Dept. Josh & Ben, they take their time to explain, likewise very professional and courteous. Whenever, I know of anyone who is thinking of buying a bike, trike, new or used, I send them to Mindy and Fred, Sales team from ALLIGATOR ALLEY HARLEY DAVIDSON. I've been in the automotive sales business for over 25 years and had the bug for a new to me motorcycle. Found a great bike @ Harley of Tampa thanks for Floyd Royal. I wasn't looking for this exact bike, but Floyd took me outside to show me a 2017 CVO Breakout that just arrived. Not at all the bike I would have considered. Then he fired it up.. I WAS DONE and had to have it... I worked out all the details with Floyd over the next few days. I came in on a wet rainy day to do paperwork and Floyd even offered to bring my new to me motorcycle to my home the next morning. Excellent experience and I recommend Floyd to anyone that is looking for a true sales professional. Oh and Ryan Moomaw also a thank you.. your phone call follow up before I pulled the trigger was a great example of leadership. Great team and great experience.

They have gone above and beyond to answer all questions, kind, fun establishment. Service department has bought my bike to me after services when I had to work. Clothing department ordered items I was wanting but, couldn't find, Parts department has struggled with me ordering parts then changing my mind and getting something else always fun 😊. Finance Department went above and beyond to get me where I needed to be on my latest Harley Davidson Freewheeler. I love Lakeland Harley Davidson. This dealership has an event every weekend for us. If your thinking of buying or joining a HOG Chapter come visit what I consider family

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Treasure Coast Harley-Davidson was beyond disappointing. I came in expecting professional service from a dealership representing a legendary brand, but instead I was met with indifference, poor communication, and what felt like a complete lack of respect for customers’ time. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority here. Staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than helping anyone on the floor. Calls go unanswered, messages aren’t returned, and when you finally do get someone on the line, it’s like pulling teeth to get a straight answer. I’ve been to other Harley dealerships that actually treat riders like valued customers—this place, unfortunately, isn’t one of them. If you’re looking for quality service and people who actually care about your bike and your business, you may want to look elsewhere. It’s sad to say, but this location gives the Harley name a bad look.
