The Best Dealership Experience Ever ALLIGATOR ALLEY - miller37062

The Best Dealership Experience Ever ALLIGATOR ALLEY HARLEY DAVIDSON, is the best. It is unlike any other Harley D dealership experience, the showroom is state of the art. We have bought/sold/ and serviced many Trikes in our life and until ALLIGATOR ALLEY HARLEY DAVIDSON, I always dreaded the experience. Other dealerships are very stressful, from the time, we walk in to the time we leave. The pressure from salesman is incredible. Not here. I've been dealing with this particular dealer for many years and never found it stressful. From the moment, we arrive, till we drive off, we feel valued and respected. There is never any pressure from anyone. I have always been a satisfied customer and have referred many other people to buy here too.. My husband and I have come in together and he has come alone or with friends. The service is consistently friendly and stress free. The service department, Patrick outstanding, Parts Dept. Josh & Ben, they take their time to explain, likewise very professional and courteous. Whenever, I know of anyone who is thinking of buying a bike, trike, new or used, I send them to Mindy and Fred, Sales team from ALLIGATOR ALLEY HARLEY DAVIDSON. (Mindy, Fred: My wife loves the 2025 Ultra Glide Trike!!! Thanks M.M.)

My reverse quit working on my 2016 FLRT. - darlenesstaudacher

My reverse quit working on my 2016 FLRT. The reset button was not resetting it. When I tried to reverse I just heard a clicking sound. I used to live in Florsl City and taken my bike to Wayne’s citrus cycle for an oil change and they were very fair and friendly so I thought I would take it to them to help support the “mom and pop” business. Wayne told me that he didn’t like the system that Harley had for their reverse and wanted to install a new motor for $3500. I asked how much for just repairing the reverse mechanism and he said $1100. I then called War Horse Harley Davidson and talked to Dave and he gave me a price of $1700 with military discount if needed a new motor and $84!if just needed the reset switch. Dave said they probably couldn’t get to it that day because they were short handed but would get to it the next day and deliver to me when finished. I dropped the bike off at about 11:30 and by 1230 Dave called and said it was just a ground wire that was disconnected and there would be no charge. They could’ve told me I needed a whole new motor and charged me that price but they didn’t. Warhorse Harley Davidson did the right thing and I will be a customer of Warhorse Harley Davidson as long as I am riding. Thank you Dave

They have gone above and beyond to answer all questions, - amybean1968

They have gone above and beyond to answer all questions, kind, fun establishment. Service department has bought my bike to me after services when I had to work. Clothing department ordered items I was wanting but, couldn't find, Parts department has struggled with me ordering parts then changing my mind and getting something else always fun 😊. Finance Department went above and beyond to get me where I needed to be on my latest Harley Davidson Freewheeler. I love Lakeland Harley Davidson. This dealership has an event every weekend for us. If your thinking of buying or joining a HOG Chapter come visit what I consider family

If I could give zero stars, I would. - Jbayliss637

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Treasure Coast Harley-Davidson was beyond disappointing. I came in expecting professional service from a dealership representing a legendary brand, but instead I was met with indifference, poor communication, and what felt like a complete lack of respect for customers’ time. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority here. Staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than helping anyone on the floor. Calls go unanswered, messages aren’t returned, and when you finally do get someone on the line, it’s like pulling teeth to get a straight answer. I’ve been to other Harley dealerships that actually treat riders like valued customers—this place, unfortunately, isn’t one of them. If you’re looking for quality service and people who actually care about your bike and your business, you may want to look elsewhere. It’s sad to say, but this location gives the Harley name a bad look.
