When in for an oil change car was inspected after done drove the car home and when I got home notice my car had a big scratch on the right side bumper went back to the dealer to speak to the general manager Francisco Diaz Rivas to show what had happened to my car when it was in service. He was not helpful at all. He said that once you take you car out of the lot they are not responsible. It’s a shame that i would receive this service when this is a high end dealer. I asked to see pictures that were taken during the inspection and to show them that there was no scratches when I took it in. I spoke the the advisor Sally and I ask to show me the pictures that where taken when the car was dropped of clearly there was no damage however she insisted that the damage was there and that the camera didn’t capture it good because of the pixel on the tablet were not good In other words I was given excuses not to show that there was no damage when the car was dropped off . I also requested to see the cameras and she stated they didn’t have access to it. You would expect a great experience at dealer but that was not the case. The worst experience ever. Now my car is damage and they said they cannot do anything for me. Never doing business from this dealer again. Make sure you keep an eye open when doing business with them.

Mike Lee, a service consultant, kept in constant communication with me during the repair process. He advised me of the ongoing progress and answered any questions. Superior customer service.

I came in for an oil change. The new showroom is beautiful and the service was great. My service adviser, Thomas, was knowledgeable and courteous. I’ll be getting my service there regularly.
