Just to clarify, I visited the Fort Myers location on Colonial not Bonita. I was greeted by a nice gentlemen in the service line who directed me inside to the front desk. The lady there was very pleasant and called her associate to let her know that I had an appointment. I was quickly greeted by Rose after her call. She was fantastic. Although she mentioned she was new she seemed to know so much about her job. Rose was very friendly and accommodating. I had just moved from New York and needed to get in the Suzuki system here to keep up-to-date with my leasing maintenance. Rose was able to input my info and update my service info. In addition to her great customer service, the gentlemen who worked on my car did an excellent job! They had me out in very good time and I was ultra satisfied with their work. They inspected, oil changed, and gave my Kizashi a nice cleaning in and out. I look forward to my next servicing for sure. I also asked Rose to keep me in mind if another 6-speed Manual transmission comes on the lot as I would be very interested. I love this car and would be excited to drive a new modle. Took my motor home for warranty inspection in 2023 they used two tubes of dicor on the food charging $26 for the dicor and $119.00 labor. Took the motor home for inspection 2024 another tube of dicor an another $119.00 labor so either the previous tech didn’t know what he was doing or this is a scam. My feeling it’s a scam. Had trouble with the propane side of the hot water heater which was a loose connection not covered by warranty for life (which is a joke) and was charged $102.00 to tighten a nut. My advice is to find another RV dealer!

Worst experience ever when doing an investment like this. Sales Person (Ramon Fuertes) was excellent...no doubt about that but the Finance Department was a mess, no communication whatsoever until the day of picking the unit up. After that, I had to bring the unit back a month later because just before I left on the day of pick up I was told that they had to order a new under belly because the technician messed up the one that came with the unit. They told me 1 to 2 days after I dropped it off. It has been 9 days now and I can't even talk to the original tech that received my unit so another tech answered my calls not knowing what is going on with my unit and telling me that Jorden will call me back. I called again today, no luck, asked for the Service Manager, no luck, contacted the CEO which I have two surveys to fill out, no luck. Horrible Dealer...PLEASE STAY AWAY! Is been the worst experience ever.
