Highly disappointed with used car sales. Started the process of buying a used truck about a month and a half ago. Dealership pulled my credit and I was approved to buy a truck. When I went back the truck was gone. I wasn’t really interested in that one anyways. I was told there was a similar truck but it was in the shop waiting on a part and I’d hear back when the truck was ready. I never heard about this one. After a few weeks I inquired about a truck that seemed to be the one that was “in the shop waiting on a part” it wasn’t but Richard said that’s one is here and I could come see it. But never mentioned it prior to this. I stopped today to learn all of the trucks are gone and I wasn’t called or text at all about them.

Just want to say what a pleasure it is to show up to such a wounderful dealership to have your car serviced for what ever reason and it gets taken care of in a timely manner. Thank you, Mark Boseman and Lauren Conyers and the whole team that work gogether to make it posable and all you have to go though great job.

I wanted to thank you for providing excellent service during my two recent visits with my 2000 BMW M-Coupe. It was refreshing to be able to leave my car in "good hands" with an obviously well trained mechanic and know that all the service will be handled in a very professional manner.
