Let start by saying i bought my first rv from a larger rv dealership in the area.went back for a list of repairs to be short was very unhappy.Went to copleys for help and i would never go any where else.They have a customer for life

Service dept. is deplorable , unprofessional and lack communication skills.My car was there for 2 weeks and 1 day when it was only suppose to be there no more than 2 days. They don't offer the GENEAIS EXPERIENCE. They provided a loaner car that eas filthy inside.

I hate to say it but they have the worst service department. If you have a Genesis and need to schedule service for a recall it will never happen. Either you get voice mail or someone who says they will schedule it and call you. They never call you back. I've been trying to get service since March. I've even involved the district service center. The cars may be great but if you ever need service you are screwed.
