This has to be the absolute worst service I’ve ever received from a car service center. I have waited over five hours for a simple service appointment and worse. The service is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend coming here possibly ever.

I have had my CX9 serviced here for more than 5 years and I have always had an excellent experience from the first call all the way through to the end of my service appointment. Their systems for confirming, and following up on appointments and service satisfaction is executed at a very high level. I would recommend their service team 100%.
