I wanted to thank you for providing excellent service during my two recent visits with my 2000 BMW M-Coupe. It was refreshing to be able to leave my car in "good hands" with an obviously well trained mechanic and know that all the service will be handled in a very professional manner.

Horrible, Very Short with the you when asking questions. If you are lucky enough to pay your car off they will HOLD your TITLE and give you the RUN AROUND! They are a JOKE! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND VAL U CAR/ INDI CAR. THEY LIKE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE IN NEED! I Would give NO STARS if possible!

I would not recommend this dealership!!! I was really disappointed with their services. The point of contact as well as the owner hung up the phone on me. Vero Lincoln Mercury Jeep Vespa (Vero LMJV) sells and services Vespa's. I brought my vintage Vespa 1980 100 Sport to have it serviced there as it wasn't running. They got it to run. The Vespa was then delivered to my home in Palm Beach County ... and after I rode it for about 15 minutes, it stopped running properly. Since Vero is a bit far from me ... West Palm Beach, I decided to take it to a well-known Vespa repair shop in Ft. Lauderdale. These people have been working on Vespa's for 30 years. After looking over the scooter, they told me that the work done by Vero LMJV was "very poor". They basically had to redo what Vero LMJV did, in order to make sure the machine would run properly. They also said the fee I paid to have the work done was too high. So ... after hearing all of this, I really felt like I wasted a lot of money ... as any other consumer would. I attempted to start a dialogue with Vero LMJV to see if I could have some of my money refunded, and they simply did not want to hear any of it. As I said, they dealt with me by hanging up the phone. They were simply nasty. Anyway ... I might not be able to get my money back ... but at least I can let as many people as possible know what occurred and how I was treated.

Now I had my first experience in the Service Dept. with Juan, WOW absolutely best experience ever, excellent customer service. His attention to the details, great communication skills, and ready smile made the experience even better than I expected. North Miami Volvo has won a customer for life because of these two exceptional professionals andI will recommend your dealership to others in the future.

Was Traveling out of Indiana XC90 and as another review - paul

Was Traveling out of Indiana XC90 and as another review my AC went out. Called VOS (Volvo of Sarasota) made an appointment and brought the car in. Primary contact made was with Jimmy Lander (Asst. Service Manager) Within 20 mins Jimmy comes back with a diagnoses of both condensers are leaking and that the cost would be $5,500 dollars but he would have the car complete in 6 hours.(Really) Well being a mechanical Engineer in the Automotive industry for 40 years told me Jimmy was full of POOP. I paid my $250. to get my car back After which I took to another dealer where the car was sniffed and then black lighted for leaks where none were found any where near a condenser put in a inner valve assembly and the problem was fixed at NO COST (I purchased lunch for their shop) I have to say stay away if your car is out of Warranty because the next person may just believe what they hear !! If your looking for a reputable shop go to NAPA and ask the guy behind the counter if he knows of a good VOLVO shop that they deliver components to,,,, He knows.

Once again, I have had exceptional service for my 2019 S60 Volvo at VOLVO CARS TAMPA - Ken Salos, Service Advisor, met with me upon arrival for a 8am appointment. We discussed the repair that was needed, and Ken took care of the rest! This Volvo is the third vehicle I have leased/purchased from this dealership in the last 15yrs. All was great for the service I had done to my car; 20,000 service. But was extremely upset that they no longer wash your car after they service it??? Is this a cost cutting expense because they renovated??? It shows good customer service to wash your vehicle after it’s serviced; they always did.

BEWARE: I bought my car there because the idle was dropping when stopped and the car has bad hesitation. The tech looked at my car and test drove it, he put it on the machine to read the codes. And supposedly he visually inspected it he told me he couldn't find anything wrong and the test drive was fine. I paid them $50.00 and took the car I didn't get 3 blocks away and the car was doing the same thing. I turned around and went back and the tech told he doesn't know what's wrong he said he would clean the throttle body and clean the fuel ejectors for $169.00 I asked will that fix the problem and he told me I don't know. So I didn't do it, I took the car home and went on the Mazda forums. The very first thing it said to check was the rubber intake hose from the air box to the throttle body. I went out and looked at the car and mine had 2 big rips in the hose. I taped up the hose and the car is running fine now, so I ordered a new hose. I called them up to let them know this and tell them I will a little upset about this as I trusted them to find the problem. I was basically told that they didn't care and would not do anything for me. So I would beware of this shop they will rip you off.
