This dealer should be shut down, to start prays on young people looking for cars , steals there hard working money , n then when we tried returning the car day later as told to receive our money , locked the kids in the gate wouldn't let them leave I showed up to dealer after my daughter called me crying n hestrical and saidan wouldn't let her get her money back $3000 and had to call law he threaded our family stole her records from the office with all our info in the file , tried stealing n keeping our rims n tires , we called cops then after doing labor on the tires to get them back only gave back my daughter $1500 of her money stating that she put wear tear omn car but not true the car was dangerous , now today the dealership is empty and looks like there moving , n FYI they will try to run u over with there car very unprofessional, n head manager was liquored breath , n seemed to me high on something , poor daughter n us are traumatized over what we n she had to. Encounter here Stay Away n watch out there now at other places around town looking for work sad that hard working money got taken from our precious hard working daughter n family

I have purchased many of vehicles from Buba Hill Auto plaza and this will be my last. This is why I will not recommend you buy your next vehicle from them. I bought my car on September 29th 2020 and needed a brake caliper within 3 weeks. They replaced it with no problem now November 25th 2020 my transmission is making noises so I called and they want to charge a $75.00 fee to look at it and tell me I am responsible for the repairs my 30 days is up. I take to the shop I choose (not Buba Hill) and get them to do an oil change and tell them about the transmission. They tell me my front main seal and oil pan gasket is leaking bad and for the transmission it will have to go to the dealership. I recommended one of my family members to get one from them and they had a similar issue, but I thought it may have just been a bad car and gave them another shot but this is it I’m done with them.

I was looking for a used 328i with Sport Package and 6 speed manual. Proved to be impossible to find in Sarasota/Bradenton area. Found two in Tampa and one in Palm Beach so went to Cars of Tampa. The car they had was just what I wanted but it had after market 16" wheels instead of 17" or 18" that come with Sport Package, and it was missing two pieces of trim around the rear door windows. They threw in OEM BMW 18" wheels off a crashed BMW they had on the lot and said they would get the trim pieces for me from a junk yard and mail them to me. After a month or so of searching they could not find the trim pieces so they ordered them brand new and installed them for me for free. I highly recommend these guys!!

They lied about everything. The car I purchased was not what they told me it was, the mileage wasn't what they told me. JR is supposedly their repo guy with no dealer license. Then he sends people to Stu so he doesn't get blamed. WORST LOT EVER!!!

Let me start out by saying that I am very big on customer service. I did not know that purchasing a car would be so hard. I tried many different company's in WPB to Fort Lauderdale and everyone turned their noise up at me because of my repo. From the time I walked in Checkered Flag they were nothing more then amazing. I was greeted with a welcoming that made me feel excellent. Fran had me to feel out my credit application and then Alex took me under his wing and advocated for me to the fullest. Alex went over and beyond to help me in my time of need. Ben took me out on my test drive and made me feel very confident that the 2017 Nissan Altima was going to be mine. To finish up my paper work and seal the deal Nancy and per bubbly personality made me smile . This group of people were very personal and that's how all company's should be when customer's are searching for a vehicle... If you are in need of a nice new car please stop by Checkered Flag because if they were able to do it for me I know with out a doubt they can do it for you.....

I was dealing with RIch Carlo he is very unprofessional and was lying to me about a car I was looking at this guy is a liar and treats people very poorly I can't believe this place is still in business he hasn't a clue about treating customers right. This place was the worst experience I ever had and this place should be closed rite away! I'm not sure who owns this place but they should really consider firing this guy and hiring someone with more integrity. I have talked to others that been to this place and had a terrible experience with RIch and would never purchase a corvette from this place. One person said that he tried to trade in his corvette and he offer horrible money for his trade it was a disgrace what he offered him but he sells cars there that are in terrible shape and asks top dollar for them..

Santos just took money from clients to get them brand new cars and people never received cars or money back. Positive reviews which are written on this web site are fake, made by M. Santos. This guy has no soul, he lies right into your eyes and takes advantage of fact that police doesn't arrest him, cause they say its civil issue.

Outstanding, professional and courteous service. Would highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a Genesis. We had a problem for 2 months with a previous dealership where we bought our car and they didn’t return calls, texts or emails and they could not resolve our issue. One visit to Genesis Central Florida and they solved our issue. The dealership is conveniently located near the turnpike, the ‘waiting room’ is an elegant lounge with snacks, coffee and soft drinks. But most important was their friendliness and great service and they were the only ones who could actually update our maps and get wireless Apple Car Play installed and working. We’ll return here anytime we need service or for a future new Genesis.

i had bought a 1999 blazer from matera motors for $5000.When the deal was made he had promised to fix a oil leak and replace faulty parts for the deal.When i took the truck home i noticed that the oil leak was still present.I then took the blazer to a certified chevy dealer the mechanic handed me a list of problems that made my heart fall out of my chest.He said that matera had not fixed the problem and the man said the best thing would be to take it back it was a lemon.Not to mention i had a warrinty for the engine which matera refused to honor.I fought tooth and nail for matera to fix the problem he promised, not counting the many others.Eventually through contacting autorities he promised to pay for half of the enginge work with help from local legal authority.Well he then took back his word and decided not to help with any of the problems.I was pressured through going broke tring to fight this crook in court or pay myself.I had to invest another $4000 to have the truck run and still to this day i have contuning problems.This man will stab you in the back I DONT LIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!So here is your warning do not buy a car or truck from this man his objective in business is to buy broken cars put a bandaid on it then screw you over so you have to invest thousands into the car.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Thay are the worse dealer Im buy a car . they saling a Huanday, Veloster 2014. With the engine light and sensor light on. Thet said; they are going to fix the situation past three weeks, I was calling every week to the mechanic. The mechanic give me a lot excusese. Yesterday their mechanic telling me they are in bankruptcy and the moving and closed the the dealer. I need to do this. They are stilling people money doing that. Selling car in bad conditions. No rate. Need to investigate this people.

I've told my car guy friends about this place. Can't find what you want, tell them what you're looking for. Let them do the work and find that car or truck for you. I'm a customer of theirs, trust me I'm not easy to please. They hit a homerun when they found my car.

I bought an expensive car at this place. Later, I discovered that the car had been in a serious accident and I was not told about it even though I had specifically asked them before the purchase.. They ignored me when I contacted them about it, and have refused to do anything about it even though they sold me damaged goods without telling me about it, leaving me with the problem which will always greatly reduce the value of this car. The value of the car I purchased is about 60% of what I paid due to the undisclosed accident damage! I would stay very far away from this place even though it looks like they have great cars there. In reading some other reviews, I see I'm not the only one who has been ripped off by this outfit. BEWARE!
