These are the shadiest most crooked people on the face of the Earth! They tell you they check all their cars but they don't. I bought a car from them three months ago and have not been able to drive it since the day I bought it. The car has been brought back five times and each time they told me they fixed it and to come pick it up I live a mile away from their business and never once made it all the way home in the five times that I've called them. 1 time after they told me the car was fixed and to pick it up I got stuck in the middle of a busy intersection and was almost killed! I couldn't move the car from the intersection and angry people were yelling and screaming at me. A nice man finally helped me push the car out of the intersection to a safe place. The owner of this establishment is a horrible Shady person and only gives a xxxx about money and moving his garbage cars off his lot he does not care about his customers or that he sells dangerous vehicles to the public. Please drive by as fast as you can and do not stop at this place you will be sorry. I plan to tell everyone I know about this Shady business. I have to rate them a one star only because there is no 0 rating and that's the lowest I can go but truthfully even if I could rate them a zero it would still be too good for them

Recently purchased a vehicle from Smart Choice Autos. Great Service and honest folks. Dealt with Javier, who was outstanding. He arranged financing for me, when I couldn't obtain it elsewhere. Vehicle was in outstanding condition and they even did some preventative maintenance on it, when I didn't even ask. The store is owned by retired military, and it shows! I would recommend them to anyone! They treated me with respect and understanding. Since I bought the vehicle, I haven't had any problems with it. And, any question that I needed answered, they did so immediately.

I bought a car from them many years ago and had nothing but issues with it also was not told that the car was in a previous accident. They say thier cars are certified with this bs warrenty but don't be fooled cause doesn't cover dick, but only jacks the car price higher. So to everyone wanting to by a car please do not go there cause they will rip you off. My advice to them would be get better saleswoman and men that know customer service and how to treat customers, wait oh and get more of a selection of cars cause you have the selection of a buy pay here lot. Thank goodness I found Alfa Motors. Wow! The experience I had here purchasing my first vehicle was surprisingly the easiest and less stressful ever. Not as clean as carfax says - Dtess

I purchased a 2016 Ram 2500 Mega Cab from this dealer. The price was fair but not a steal. It has a clean carfax. After a few days I noticed the paint on the hood and passenger fender didn't match. Looking further the whole passenger side and the drivers side bed up to the rear door had been repainted. I'm not an expert car or a paint guy so with the whole side painted one color I didn't notice after I had it for a few days. This truck has a clean carfax yet the whole passenger side has been painted. I contacted Ali and he said there were a few scratches so he had it painted. I find it hard to believe that a few scratches equals painting 3/4's of the truck. He told me I looked at it and still bought and there was nothing he was going to do about it. Now I have a truck that's worth thousands less and will never know what's really been done under that paint. So I guess you can't trust a clean carfax report. If you're going to purchase damaged vehicles and resell them at least use a quality painter that can match paint. It also had Sirius XM and when I made a comment asking if it was from previous owner he went along with it and said just listen till it runs out. Apparently he wasn't telling the truth about that since I started receiving emails from XM a week later asking to subscribe because my trial will run out. All he had to say was he put a trial subscription on it. I know it's not that big of a deal but it's the principal. This shows the integrity of this dealer. Guess if you don't get caught it's ok. I'm totally not happy with this truck. Of course I wouldn't purchase another vehicle from Ali.
