John provided a great detailed explanation of all the gee whiz controls, truly outstanding. His presentation was entertaining and engaging. You can tell he cares about his customers very much, is proud to work with Subaru, and has a deep understanding of the technology behind all the user-friendly buttons and screens. I was sort of dreading the session as I have a short attention span and thought it would be just a tedious necessity, but John made it thoroughly pleasant. He annotated some of his technical explanations with sketches that made the explanations much faster and easier to communicate. He was patient with my dumb questions and gave complete and very insightful answers to every question. The time went by quickly and now I’m an expert, thanks to John. Thanks, John!

We were looking for a Range Rover with a very specific exterior color and interior combination. The snacks were low, “E”asked Leo to see if they had an additional snacks. Leo not only brought additional, she also informed me of the new changes that were going to be coming on Friday with a more healthy selection of snacks to include fruit. Maddie and “E” was able to get me prices for the side rails I asked for. Maddie got Jordan to take pictures of the side rails so I could see how they would look on my car. Jordan showed me the pictures and he brought the car around so I could see the actual car. Great customer service all around from the service department!!!
