Without pressuring us, he answered all of our questions and provided great insight on the vehicles we were interested in. From the first phone call, the on-site visit, and test drive, to follow up with customized personal videos about specific models and options, Agim took the time to help us figure out exactly what we wanted and tailored the model we bought to our exact specifications. After the purchase, he coordinated delivery and took care of everything. I can’t speak more highly of him and the team at Crown INEOS. He was that rare combination in a sales person in that he was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable from start to finish. He was able to answer all my questions about the car and was thorough in reviewing the car with me at delivery. When an issue arose that may have been a deal breaker he went above and beyond to find the solution so that we could close the deal.
