I bought a car from them many years ago and had nothing but issues with it also was not told that the car was in a previous accident. They say thier cars are certified with this bs warrenty but don't be fooled cause doesn't cover dick, but only jacks the car price higher. So to everyone wanting to by a car please do not go there cause they will rip you off. My advice to them would be get better saleswoman and men that know customer service and how to treat customers, wait oh and get more of a selection of cars cause you have the selection of a buy pay here lot. Not as clean as carfax says - Dtess

I purchased a 2016 Ram 2500 Mega Cab from this dealer. The price was fair but not a steal. It has a clean carfax. After a few days I noticed the paint on the hood and passenger fender didn't match. Looking further the whole passenger side and the drivers side bed up to the rear door had been repainted. I'm not an expert car or a paint guy so with the whole side painted one color I didn't notice after I had it for a few days. This truck has a clean carfax yet the whole passenger side has been painted. I contacted Ali and he said there were a few scratches so he had it painted. I find it hard to believe that a few scratches equals painting 3/4's of the truck. He told me I looked at it and still bought and there was nothing he was going to do about it. Now I have a truck that's worth thousands less and will never know what's really been done under that paint. So I guess you can't trust a clean carfax report. If you're going to purchase damaged vehicles and resell them at least use a quality painter that can match paint. It also had Sirius XM and when I made a comment asking if it was from previous owner he went along with it and said just listen till it runs out. Apparently he wasn't telling the truth about that since I started receiving emails from XM a week later asking to subscribe because my trial will run out. All he had to say was he put a trial subscription on it. I know it's not that big of a deal but it's the principal. This shows the integrity of this dealer. Guess if you don't get caught it's ok. I'm totally not happy with this truck. Of course I wouldn't purchase another vehicle from Ali.

After a lengthy search for a Mercedes CLS 550, I came across what looked to be the perfect car at Auto Europa, Fantastic photos and video as well as the Car Fax that looked perfect, service records milage ownership, 10 year old car with 36,000 miles, one owner until 3 months prior to my purchase. Video and photos and seller saying and showing what seemed to be one owner garage kept, rarely driven, no accidents and serviced all of the time at Mercedes. Mint, Showroom New, Price reflecting what is portrayed about this car.. Trusting what reviews I could find and after talking with Marty and another salesman I gambled and purchased the car sight unseen. Big mistake!!! I never thought that I would have ever been mislead the way that I have been. Marty even put off shipping by 3 days because he found a problem with the door locks and said he wanted it to be perfect. Car arrived and I had been told I would have to sign a paper agreeing that the car was in the condition he said. Delivery driver said he had nothing for me to sign and was gone. Looking over the car I find a ding on left passenger door, scratches and cracked paint on the trunk, what looked like a repainted front bumper cover. No spare tire, no owners manuals, side view mirrors that do not work and doors that still do not want to unlock. First drive and very noticeable steering wheel pulling to right, Transmission shifting all over the place and long hesitation before downshifting. Electronics in steering.wheel work when they want. I could go on and on. The next day I come out to see front suspension is on the ground and had to have car towed for $3,000.00 front air struts replacement..Never Again

I would never recommend this dealership to anybody. They have the worst customer service. We purchased a 2001 Mercedes ML from them. There always seems to be problems with this car,which we would overlook if the service was not so terrible. Everytime I visit them it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. We will NEVER buy another Mercedes ever again. They treat us like we do not deserve to own one of their vehicles. I also own a 2003 BMW M3 and a 2006 Acura TL ASPEC and I never have bad service at BMW. I went to drop off my car for a faulty fuel pump at the service department. I had my 2 year old daughter with me at the time. It was raining and I noticed that the sales people were ushering people in with their umbrellas. I walked through the pouring rain holding my daughter and all the sale people did was stare at me. I guess they did not view me as a potential customer. I am a young professional and would expect to be treated as such. I tried not to make this into a race issue as I am Asian and all of the sales people were caucasian. I tend to think of it as age discrimination. We are not rich and my wife always wanted to own a Mercedes, but we both agree that we will never purchase another one. We are planning on trading the ML in for a new X5 or Cayenne. My wife and I are young, but our combined incomes are in excess of 300K and we own a large home. We have enough money in the bank to pay cash for pretty much any car we want. Is it unrealistic of me to expect to be treated as an equal? When ever we bring up a mechanical or electrical issue with the car, they treat us like we are making it up. The fuel pump went out, 2 of the door locks went out, the seat track was cracked, the gas pedal was broken, the rear window switch was out, the glove box broke, the rear hatch clear coat started peeling off, the car would not start on several ocassions and one of the alarm remotes went bad. this happened over the course of 2 years. Each visit to the dealer was as unpleasant as the previous. I would NOT recommend buying or servicing your car at Autobahn Motors.
