I initially encountered setbacks with the service department the week before, but was eventually contacted by a service personnel that listened to my initial concerns regarding returning my car a week later. Tylan and Holly worked to make everything right. I was informed throughout the process as I waited for parts to arrive, service to begin, and once service was complete. I was informed I had to pay another $195 for another diagnostic test, but they informed me that fee was going to be waived. In the end, every thing worked out. They did everything possible to make things right and I was truly pleased. Once my car repairs were finished, it was delivered to my home. This save me time and unwanted stress sitting in traffic.
