I would like to give a shout-out to Franklin Toyota and specifically, Kirsten Smith in Service. My son's 2017 Tacoma was experiencing an issue with something draining his battery and after reviewing, the technician was able to find the issue and fix it. Kirsten kept me in the loop on a regular basis with updates. In addition, there was a recall on the back break light above the back window. Kirsten took the time to order the part and schedule a follow up to have that recall fixed as well. Great service!

As always I received excellent service from Rick Case Kia of Duluth. I had an appointment for the 18 of August, but after talking to my Sale Consultant Greg Moore he talked to Brandi in the service department and she was able to get me in on the 21 of August for the recall of my 2022 Kia Telluride. Everything was taken care of in less than 2 hours.

Also Check your final invoices they will change your email address in order for you not to receive a review of your service visit so it won’t affect their CSI scores and affect their incentives/bonus. They changed my email address by adding a 1 at the end of my name, not smart!!
