BEWARE! - diama458

BEWARE! Do not shop with these guys. If you choose to risk it with them, make sure to do your due diligence and thoroughly inspect the vehicle inside and out. They sold me a Toyota Sequoia and despite the clean body and cabin, under the hood and under the car was insanely rusty and worn. I've had the car 6 months and the engine blew on me. I called them and asked for help and they basically shrugged their shoulders and never got back to me. I ultimately blame myself for not being more diligent and thoroughly inspecting the car. I shouldn't have trusted them at all, and that's my fault. But let this be a testament to the integrity of such a car dealership! They were well aware of the condition of the car and made no effort to bring it to my attention. They just wanted to make a sale and dump it off on somebody who didn't know better. I should've known something was fishy when they waited until I signed all the paperwork to mention that the emissions test was due in a week. These guys have no integrity. They're all about quick flipping junk cars and making a quick buck. Don't risk it with these jokers!! I got burned bad!!!

This is the worst dealership in Georgia. - mdstrans50

This is the worst dealership in Georgia. Took over a month to payoff trade. Mike at the dealership is a “BIG LIAR” stay away from this guy. Almost screwed up my credit by not paying off my vehicle in a timely manner. I had to drive from the Tallahassee, Fl. area back to the dealership to make them payoff my trade-in and print a check for a late payment on the trade-in.

Was quoted one price, Uber there, given another. Cars are TRASH on the lot. Tires were flat, needed a jump off. I bought an suv elsewhere.

Dealership is HORRIBLE. - Phillip

Dealership is HORRIBLE. No accountability. They just blame the other person. They dont pay off trades on time. Lose paperwork so getting your tag is a nightmare. They also wired some tracker under the dash of my jeep. Tried to get you to pay for it. I didnt but looks like an idiot installed it. Exposed wires and it was just hanging by the gas pedal. Took it to a different Jeep dealership and they fixed it for me. The general manager texted me during the buying process and was encouraging the sale. Afterwords when I had an issue he texted me to FU@K OFF. Still dont have a tag. Talked to new manager that said they would try and get me an extension Still nothing My advice is to run from this dealership.

This dealer participates in deceptive sales practices, - Akeem

This dealer participates in deceptive sales practices, they will intentionally sell you a faulty vehicle if you don’t do your due diligence. Pay attention to their negative reviews because they tell the true story about how this dealership operates. If you ignore all this then at least get the vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic before purchasing.

Where do I start? - kenny

Where do I start?. If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. They sell faulty cars. I spent roughly seven grand. The first time I picked up the car It broke down. Turns out that the starter and alternator went out. After that there were a boat load of issues with the car. I tried to work with Chino to fix. But this place sells bad cars period. I changed the spark plugs on the vehicle too. If you are in a bad spot please exhaust all other options before coming to this dealership. Had to have them repo the car because the car could not drive! I refused to pay for a vehicle that does not work. Missed one payment but I feel relieved that this car is gone. This dealership is like a haunted house that preys on those that are in a less than favorable situation.

Strange dealer - Jlambert2983

Bad business practices to say the least. The address listed is not his address. Very strange phone conversation. Would not recommend. You have the right to refuse service and I have the right to leave negative feedback. There's a reason you're going out of business.

I bought a used car from Bill Holt Mitsubishi last week - EconMan

I bought a used car from Bill Holt Mitsubishi last week (salesman = Billy Alford), and I do have to say I don't think I've ever had a better and more pleasant car buying experience. I am an analytical person, and I research and think for days, weeks, and even months before making a significant purchase. The first time I came in, Billy set me up for a test drive, and he was respectful of my desire to investigate a few other candidates that I had on my list. A couple weeks later I came back and bought this car from him. There doesn't seem to be any nonsense at this dealership., and let's be honest, we can't say that about every dealer. Indeed, the same day I bought my car from them, I walked out of another dealership who was so aggressive it turned into a battle. My five star experience was not just on the sales side. When it came time to actually sign the papers and make decisions around buying the car, Brandon the business manager was just as helpful and courteous. Yes, like all dealers they have some add-ons you can buy if you want them, such as extended warranties, and in my case I actually made the first inquiry about them, but they're not overly aggressive about them. In short, my experience leads me to believe they actually like and respect their customers. If the service department is anything like the sales side, I will be having my new car serviced here. If you're looking for a used car, or any Mitsubishi (and you should consider them because they make great dependable cars), then I would definitely give this dealership an opportunity to earn your business. I'm very happy with my car, the value I received, the treatment I experienced, and so I do highly recommend Billy and this dealer.

The dealership is exceptionally clean! I was so impressed at just how clean the entire dealership was to include the restroom, service department, waiting room section, and showroom. I ❤️ this dealership. I just recently purchased my fifth SUV from them. They take care of you before, during, and after the sale. This is why I keep coming back!

Not only did this man get me a great car, he got me my dream car. All I told him was "Get me a nice car for a big guy." 😂. One thing I know about Tae is he only wants the best and he wants the people around him to have the best, so when he showed me the picture of that Impala I was in denial. I didn't even try to get my hopes up cause I didn't even tell him that was my dream car but there it was. Then he told me he got it and my mouth dropped. I felt like I just hit the lottery. That man got me my dream car without even trying. That's how good he is. Definitely will be coming back when it's time to upgrade. Thanks bro. Dreams do come true!!!

I was searching for a clean, reliable used vehicle for - brianferguson

I was searching for a clean, reliable used vehicle for my elderly mother. She specifically wanted a Volvo, so I looked nationwide. This Volvo from Ducky Cars was the lowest priced example for the mileage anywhere I could find, and it immediately stood out as an exceptional value. From the first phone call, the owner was straightforward, responsive, and easy to work with. He fully cooperated with arranging a pre purchase inspection. I scheduled the inspection with a local shop, and the owner personally dropped the car off for me. A few hours later, the shop called with the results. The car was in very clean condition, clearly well maintained, and had no leaks. The only items noted were routine maintenance, which is completely normal for a used vehicle. The dealership provided a clean Carfax, everything matched what was represented, and there were no surprises. Based on the inspection and documentation, I purchased the car immediately. Another important point worth mentioning is fees. I have called a lot of dealerships over the years, and many try to add large document fees and separate prep fees at the last minute. Prep fees in particular can run anywhere from $1000 to $2000 if you are not careful, and they are often sprung on buyers late in the process. Ducky Cars did none of that. They have no prep fee, and they also have one of the lowest document fees in the industry. I know this because I compared them directly against other dealers. They were completely transparent and did not play any games. What really stood out was the help with shipping. The owner assisted in arranging transport, secured a very competitive rate, and the car arrived just two days later. The title was sent promptly via FedEx. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and well organized. Overall, this was one of the best car buying experiences I have had in over 30 years. Great vehicle, fair price, fast shipping, honest fees, and clear communication from start to finish. If you are looking for a reliable used car, especially if you are buying from out of state, I highly recommend Ducky Cars. There were no surprises, no pressure, and no last minute add ons. They are straight shooters and do exactly what they say they will do. Five star experience. I would absolutely buy from them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or family.

I contacted the dealer for a CPO 2025 Ford Expedition - JCCFP

I contacted the dealer for a CPO 2025 Ford Expedition that looked like a good deal. When I negotiated the price to have it shipped, I wanted to get it checked out by a private inspector, which I did. Unfortunately, there were two issues. First, the mileage was 850 higher than listed on the site because the manager had been driving it around for a month. Second, the scan tool couldn't connect, so they promised to get me a report, which they failed to do. When I contacted them this morning, they told me they had sold it yesterday but hadn't bothered to let me know. I had contacted a transport company for shipping quotes, and I called my insurance company for updated rates. Typical car salesmen. They would sell their own mother for a nickel.

Almost died in the jeep - Brittburrell03

This is the worst car dealership. Buyer be warned if you purchase a jeep from here you will be begging for anyone to take it off your hands. Their jeeps sell as cheap as they do because it's all crap under the hood. They will not stand by their work. And will not fix a single problem you have. Do not buy from them. You will regret your purchase.

I have been buying parts for Gwagens and Unimogs from these guys since 2002. Very good service, and the parts arrive very quickly from Germany. Also, they know a lot about the above mentioned trucks. Never had any problems. Sean once spent hours and hours tracking down an obscure part for my Unimog that was only a $10 sale. Highly recommended.

I contacted this dealership about a car that was listed, - Ckempf

I contacted this dealership about a car that was listed, to see if it was still available. The dealership sent messages wanting me to come to their lot, but never told me if the car I was asking about was available or not

The Best Experience Ever - Debra Sanford_Macon, Ga

My experience with Sam at Georgia Truck World far exceeded my expectations of a dealership! Sam was very knowledge, professional , courteous and eager to assist! He went over and above the call of duty to make sure I was pleased and satisfied with my final decision. I really can't say or thank him enough for his services! The dealership was top notch! I would definitely refer others to this dealership! By the end of my deal, I felt as though I was talking to a family member instead of a car salesman! Simply Incredible Service!! My next buy will be with Sam at Georgia Truck World...No doubt!!

As an old car guy for many years I have learned to be - budstage3

As an old car guy for many years I have learned to be careful when buying or trading my autos. When I found a BMW 850i at Gravity in Georgia, I did some due diligence and decided to trade my limited edition MB AMG GTS with these folks and have not regretted the transaction at all. I dealt with GM Arnaldo and he chose Destiny for me as the sales person who would work closely on the transaction. They both get 5 stars for dealing with a former Porsche concours judge who drove them crazy on details. We all survived the deal and are still friends. In summary this dealer and their employees are outstanding in all areas and I would give them a hearty recommendation to anyone who wants to buy or trade their vehicle. After thinking about it, I would give them 10 stars, not 5 stars! Bud in SC

broken vehicle - gypsyteacher

I have not even had this car a month & it broke down stranding me 800 miles from home. It will cost well over $6000 by the time I am done & they are offering no help even though a simple diagnostic test would have shown this problem. complete RIP off & do not back their inventory

Can't say enough good things about JJAUTO. You get a different level of customer service than what you're used to. They run a high quality shop with integrity and customer service at the center of everything they do. I have purchased two cars from them -- and my wife and I were extremely happy with the cars, the purchasing process and price. They have also helped me out with all my car-related issues regardless of where I purchased the car.
