Went to see if a Sonata sport, 2t was available. Spoke with Gabriel Del Fierro and he said that none was available but he would work with the sales manager to get one ordered. He stated the he feels his job is to satisfy the customer. A few weeks later, Gabriel Tod us, regretfully, that Hyundai stopped making cars with the 2.0t engine. I told him that its OK, and I would consider a Sonata, sell, machine gray. A few days later he said the car we wanted just arrived in the latest shipment. We bought the car! Gabriel was very professional and I could feel that he genuinely empathyzed we us when we couldn't get our first choice. He lived up to his personal philosophy of making sure that the customer was satisfied. Thank you Gabeiel for your can do attitude, hustle, and expertise regarding the Hyundai Sonata.

I am very happy with my Hyundai, but the reason why I bought it from the Windward dealer was because my daughter has a Hyundai and her experience with this dealer has been great. The customer service is excellent and they really make the cars keep their value. They have a shuttle and people is so nice. I am very pleased with this dealer.

Repair of Nissan Froniier - Jokabug
We've used the repair service at Nissan for awhile and they again did a great job on our Frontier. We worked with Ryan and he really takes great care of us. The replacement part was a part that was no longer manufactured so the choice was either a remanufactured part or a used part. He also said if I could find a part, i could get it and they would install it. Well, I searched and found it almost impossible to find. I passed on people trying to sell used parts, parts that were close but not quite the same but saying it works, etc. Then I got a call from Ryan saying they found one. This was a big relief because you get not only factory repair vut also a great warranty. Well, it got fixed and cost was more than reasonable. We use Nissan because they are competitive in cost and are doing factory standard repairs. Thank you Nissan and Ryan.
