On October 23rd, 2020 I purchased a brand new Lexus UX250h from the Maui Servco Lexus Dealership. All is fine with car, but the Lexus Remote Services App that was recommended to install on my iPhone never worked properly. Not a big deal, but something that comes very andy. I've been making phone calls to the Hawaii Servco Lexus and they told me to call the America Lexus. The America Lexus Told me that I need to call the Hawaii Lexus. By the way, the America Lexus Don't recognise my car VIN number, they have no record of it. This has been going on for four weeks now. The Customer Services agents were very courteous and trying to help, but nothing worked. Then I was given an appointment with the Maui Lexus service Dpt to bring the car in for a software update. I waited for approx 4 hours, and then told that the software need NO update because is has the latest update. This has been going on till this morning when they suggested to bring the car in again for another evaluation. I wasted a full day (I live an hour drive from the Dealership) last week, and now they want me to do it again....for what? They couldn't promise that it would be fixed....Are the paying me for my time? Of course NOT!
I love this car, but I'm not happy with the way they are handling the problem. I'm very worry about the future services that i will need on it.

It's been 13 years since I bought a new car. I don't remember getting this great treatment or great deal.
My salesman, Iven, was very experienced and a good salesman. He answered all of our questions and didn't rush us. He made sure we got what we wanted. We got some great military specials too. I would highly recommend this dealership.
