Maui Toyota sucks the service department is horrible very unprofessional people I’ve had three flat tires and I am under tire protection and all they do is give me issues when I take a tire in there to get fixed they’re a bunch of unprofessional people that they would never make it on the mainland if they were trying to do sales or service I would recommend to get a hold of the district manager and tell them what you think just like what I’m gonna do

Never buy the extended warrity from them. I had brakes problems from day one after buying the car. The service wait was 4 hours and they could only tell me that they was not sure what caused the noise on my brakes. And then they tried to pass on problem to me. I will never buy or refer any one to them. I changed brakes 2x in the pass few months. Don't go their you be sorry......

I had an appointment for 10:40am and handed my car keys over at 10:30am. I was told it will take 2 hours to rotate my tires so I waited inside patiently. 1h 50m go by and no call so I walked outside and seen my car in the exact same spot I left it. I asked the associate if it’s complete or has it never been moved. They couldn’t find any paperwork and looked confused about my car being there. I was very disappointed that I waited almost two hours and my car was parked in the same way I left it and forgotten about although it was in front of their computer. I took my keys and told them I’ll just take my vehicle and forget about the tire rotation, I’d rather pay someone or do it myself. I’m very unhappy about the service they offer but yet didn’t do. Hopefully David Deluz will correct this matter.

We purchase a SUV here at first the costumer service are good but then after we closed the deal and one of the service that we add on is to have a Tint in our vehicle. We made an appointment and the day before the appointment, they rescheduled it without really telling us the reason, then when it's time to do the tint, they took about 1.5 days before they finally said it's done and come to find out, they drove our vehicle 21miles! We didn't even driven our brand new car that far since we purchase it!!! It's an unacceptable!

It's been 13 years since I bought a new car. I don't remember getting this great treatment or great deal.
My salesman, Iven, was very experienced and a good salesman. He answered all of our questions and didn't rush us. He made sure we got what we wanted. We got some great military specials too. I would highly recommend this dealership.
