No pushy salespeople to deal with, prompt service , told us what we needed to know, good training, no complaints. I think we will be taken care of after the sale.

I would not suggest Camping World Idaho Falls to my worst enemy. I was lied to on multiple accounts and was charged $625.50 for work I had not asked to be done. I was told upon dropping off my camper it would be ready in 4 days, over two months later and constant headaches with this facility I finally got my camper back and was only “compensated” for the over charge.
If you think emailing the VIP line will do anything for you think again.
Also don’t expect them to read through your entire email of you explaining your problem, they do not care. In the end I was compensated for nothing and would have rather taken my camper anywhere else for work.
Extended warranty still cost me a bundle for a repair - unhappy-camper
I purchased a used trailer that came with the remainder of a 3 year warranty. I noted the bathtub had a crack in it that would allow water to pass to the floorboards. The service guys were pleasant and relatively quick to provide information about availability of replacement parts from LaGrande Oregon (145miles). Even though I volunteered to go an get the replacement part, they had it shipped and charged me the freight. The extended warranty would only pay for 4 hours of labor to replace the bottom part of the tub. It would take at least a very good portion of that to get the tub out. The remainder of the labor was on me Plus the $50.00 deductible! Add insult to injury, I had asked them to look at the slide out to see why it seems to go so slow. They told me there was a rock in the track that was making it seem slow, but it was no different when I picked it up. They also, told me they lubed the rails. The pictures I took after getting it back, would be Very difficult to see lube. When I presented the pictures, they told me it was a dry lube. I won't be going back to them for any more service OR sales. I have to admit that the workmanship was really good, but lying to me about the rock in the slide out rail, and gouging me for the labor was not appreciated. I'm hard pressed to imagine what the real cost would have been without the extended warranty.

This dealer gave me a good price on my new RV. But the after sale communications and follow through were very poor. Once I left their lot with my new unit, I could not get them to even respond to my requests for help on items missing from the unit. Had to contact the manufacturer for help getting the missing items. Go elsewhere if you are looking a dealer that provides good customer service after the sale.
Good experieince buying a used car - 3dclayman
We purchased a used car at this dealership and the sales people Nick and Bobby were both friendly and helpful. It was cold out and they went out of their way to let me inspect the car in their garage. We took a test drive and then we went back to the office. No high pressure sales or other tactics it was like visiting with a friend to discuss a good price. This was the best used car buying experience we have ever had.
