It’s always a great experience, and this time was no different. It was so nice to see that the high level of service has remained consistent over the years. Terry, who checked me in, has such a warm and welcoming demeanor. It’s always a pleasure to see a familiar, friendly face when I visit. The team took great care of my car, and I left feeling confident that everything had been taken care of properly. I really appreciate how easy and pleasant the whole experience is each time I come in. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here, and I’ll definitely continue to trust them with my vehicle needs.

Do not trust this place! I was told 24-48 hours for vehicle inspection and they held my car for over 5 days! Its on recording of them guaranteeing by a certain date. Tried to contact multiple times and got no response. This place is very unprofessional.

They did the oil change as requested, We have had an ongoing problem with the escape since we bought it 2 years ago After the car has been sitting when you back up the brakes squeal whether they are wet or not. It has done this since the day we bought it. We have mentioned it several times when serviced and the last time we were in last week they told us it was a problem with the escape. I've had a lot of cars with disc brakes and none have ever done this on a cosistent basis like this. Very disappointed in Roberts Ford.

I stopped and brought my car in because I was passing by friendly Ford. They greeted me right away. Everybody was very pleasant and said hello. That passed by. I thought I would have them look over my car because I had taken it to Firestone and they were not sure how to fix my car. Friendly Ford had done a free alignment check as soon as I got in and could address the problem and gave me some direction in which I could go to fix my situation. After having a terrible experience with my selling dealer I was referred to Hyundai of Palatine and now I know why. I was instantly greeted with a smile and welcoming presence. Sam was fantastic, got me checked in, explained the process and eta, and directed me to the lobby and advised of the amenities. Before I could even sit down, I had a text providing contact information and stated I could reach out with any questions. As I waited I observed the staff from various departments walking around and interacting with one another. All employees had smiles on their faces, got along with each other, and were interacting with customers. This is how you run a dealership! Thank you for providing excellent service.

Me dijo tardará una semana dos semana después dice esto escaló Se va. A hacer cargo Kia. Después ya ni me contestaban. Tengo las pruebas. Y así me han tenido como pendejo. Y la Última vez me dice que con él no tengo que hablar. Yo le metí a los de Telemundo y voy anterior abogados. Es un carro nuevo pago 943,50 aparte compré dos carros más ahí y de los otro el Kia forte también problema de senador. D ela guía derecha. No compren en este diller. Para cuando quieren vender ay si llaman contestan las llamada pero para corregir un problema d e fábrica. Ya no contesta. Tengo Que ir e estado pagando Aseguranza sin usar el Carro full cover. Pagando car Wash pagando Uber para movilizarme a mi Trabajo porque porque no están capacitado en reparar un problema de fábrica.
