We were very Leary of independent Dealerships. We were so glad we gave Premium Auto Sales a chance to earn our trust. Premium is the most ethical Dealership we have ever bought a car from. I LOVE their ONE PRICE policy. I absolutely HATE the "haggling" over price at the big Dealerships. It becomes a battle between you and the salesman to see who makes the best deal, and believe me you will never win. It then takes hours to finish a purchase at these places. Not at Premium! There was no high pressure, no haggling. They presented us with all our options, then said what would you like to do. We bought the SUV, an were on our way in an hour.

NIghtmare! - drrezek

NIghtmare! I bought a car from them with the miles turned back. It is all over the carfax report, which they did not show to me. I cancelled the extended warranty that they sold me, which I paid for in full, almost $4,000 for the warranty. They refuse to send me the refund check that they cashed. This car has sooooo many problems. I have spent a ton of money fixing just some of them. I now have attorneys involved. I would give them a negative 5 rating if possible. Save yourself the torture. They also do not return calls when theres a problem.

Nice salesman but don’t keep their word. Said they’d order us a manual. That was in January. Still waiting. Bad enough there was only one key but to flat out lie to you? The manager wouldn’t work at all with getting us a serving key. I wish we had just walked away. I’d definitely suggest going just about anywhere else.

Frenchee was very professional and I'm sure is a GREAT salesperson. I came with certified funds from Heritage Federal Credit Union and the checkout process, well I was there for a little over 2 hours and a half. Now you have curb side pickup, bought my car 2 weeks to early.

I Don't Even Know Where To Start With This One... I went to buy a Mercedes R 350 from this people, which was suppose to be my car number 8 in my life. In all of my previous dealerships I was more than satisfied, but not with this one. In a first place, the price that they asked for the vehicle was simply ridiculous ... The test drive was kind of weird and through the all time the sales person Brad Pitt was trying to play the radio (so I can't hear the problems with the car). I ended buying because the model and the millage was the exact one that I was looking for. After I sign the documents they gave me an one month warranty and asked me to bring the car back so they can fixed the 5 issues that we found. Two days later (May 18th 2015) I brought the car back and they promised to fix it for 2-3 days. Three days after I left the car I asked if they are done with it and they told me that the car is on a working progress and they can't give me exact day when it will be ready. Twenty days after that I went to get my car with my lawyer. The car was never fixed and I would strongly advice everyone to avoid that dealership!

They were able to help me ship it back home I’ve enjoyed the process as it allowed me to not have to book a trip and fly out and drive the car back my time is very important as I am a CEO of a fortune 100 company these guys understood my time is valuable.

A PRO'S PRO! I have bought a lot of cars over the years from a lot of places. Private party, relatives, new car dealers, used car lots, even eBay. I have bought both new and used, buy and lease. The purchase I made from Ringa Auto Sales was by far the best car purchasing experience I have ever had! Dealerships, Car Lots, Sales People, all should take note of how this business is run! The owner Jeff was great to work with. He was professional, accommodating, informative, and patient. He was willing to take as much time as I needed to see the car, test drive the car (more than once) and let me have the car checked out, all on my time and my terms. He was willing to do whatever I asked to make buying from him an easy decision, and I'm glad I did! The car I bought is a great car at a great price. Everything he did on my behalf through the state for registration, taxes, and license plates was perfect. There were no mistakes with any of the paperwork. The car I bought is an amazing car and was a fantastic price. I had been looking for a Camry for almost 2 years. I could never find one in great shape, with low miles, that was not over priced. The one I bought was not only a great looking car that is mechanically perfect, but the price was more than fair! It's a shame that there are so few locally owned and operated business like this any more. Hardware stores, grocery stores, gas stations, all used to be this way. The level of service, professionalism, and the great prices offered at Ringa Auto Sales are that of decades past! It's like traveling back in time to when people cared about what they did, how they did it, and were proud of their work, their establishment, and their standing in the community! I purchased a 2017 Infiniti OX70 from Dart Motors. The entire process went great. I am almost 3 hours away from Dart so I did most my conversations via text or email. I worked mainly with Olena and also a bit with Nestor. I was initially hesitant however they were very patient with me and continued to answer all my questions. Once I was satisfied enough to make the trip, they arranged a time, and the Infiniti was ready for me to take it for a test drive. I appreciated Olena's no pressure demeanor. I dont think anybody likes a high pressure car salesperson. Once I decided to make the purchase, I was happy to find out the entire paperwork process was extremely quick compared to most car dealers. If you're in the market for a used car I recommend Dart Motors and ask for Olena. A+++

Saw a car I was interested in that was priced very well so i gave them a call. We live about 3 hours away and they were extremely considerate of that. They gave me a detailed description of the vehicle and sent me additional photos. I did a google search on them and went through numerous reviews of the business and most of them were stellar. But then I saw the previous reviews on here and had some apprehension in regards to buying a car from them. When I brought up these reviews they were very honest and straightforward about them specifically. They asked me to give them a chance to prove that the reviews weren't true and they went out of their way to earn my business. Let me honestly tell you that I'm happy that I did. I've owned my own business for 30+ years and understand that in this day and age the internet can be a great tool for both customers and businesses. But it definitely has its drawbacks, as I discussed with their general manager. Most satisfied customers don't get on websites to leave businesses great reviews, but dissatisfied and disgruntled customers will use it as a tool to get what they want out of a business. I know I could of been one of the potential customers that read one of their negative reviews and never even bothered to give them a chance. Knowing this I came on this site to talk about my experience and to say that I couldn't be happier with my experience dealing with them. From the first phone call to the last, they went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Thank you to everyone at Gallery Autos for the tremendous effort!! Good luck guys

After 45 years of buying cars for business and personal use with many different car dealerships in many states, Gregory Mitsubishi shattered all past experiences by their unparalled super service that had to nearly negate any measureable margin in selling me their 2008 Cadllac SRX. The engine light ws on and the code was interpreted that a timing chain replacement was needed, which they did without hesitation. Mark (their service manger) was top knotch. Their sales team could not have been more accomadating to make a deal that suited my finances. They made the car an absolute Gem!
