I have bought 3 cars from Key Used Cars over the last 10 years and always had a good experience. I read some of the other reviews which were negative and I could not help but wonder if the other people writing reviews knew they were buying a used car. Used cars have things go wrong with them all the time. I have had things break on my cars and eventually get repaired, but I did not blame Key Used Cars. I am a value shopper and Key Used Cars always seems to have the best pricing and so I buy from them. I have bought really cheap cars for less than $2000 and have had issues that a $2000 car would have. I also bought a car for over $7000 from Key and it had very few issues. I think it just depends on the car and your budget. My experience has always been positive and I have referred a lot of friends and family to their car lot. I definitely recommend the company and will continue referring my friends and family. It is clearly a small family run business. Some people like the charm that provides and others don't. For me, I really like walking in and they remember me and I know that my business really matters to them. I like supporting quality local businesses and I think Key Used Cars is one of them.

Bought used SUV in fall 2021. Sales person Justin was great. Service was terrible. Drove car off lot and within minutes the check engine light cane on. Turns out they never bothered to check air in tires, brake fluid level, power steering fluid level. All were WAY LOW. Then the oil change was even worse. There was old oil all over the bottom of car dripping over my driveway. Then a week and 75 miles into owning, brake light came on. Need new brakes after dealer said they were good. STAY AWAY!

They also work with my budget and give options for necessary repairs versus repairs that would be helpful in the long run.

My experience was very good with Albo Auto, Leo was cordial from beginning to end, answered any questions I had and followed up during the process. His repairs and rebuild work is excellent, the inspection company I sent out to inspect the car gave it high marks and was impressed how good the car looked, especially the front right section that was damaged. The inspector stated it looked like the car had never been damaged in any way. Leo also shopped and found a shipping company to transport my car, he checked there rating and insurance coverage to make sure they were reputable, all at a more than fair price. I'm still waiting to receive the car but am confident that the last leg of this purchase will go as well as the previous. I would have no problem buying another car from Albo Auto and Leo who I feel was very honest. EF Prescott, AZ

Absolutely best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Fair trade in value, purchase price, and easy loan process. The guys allowed me to see a vehicle first, accommodations went above and beyond for a mom of 5 from out of state. Joe even added a dvd player and running boards into our loan and had them installed. Highly recommend. Van is still going strong after almost 6 years with no issues. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I brought my family to Courtesy Kia a couple of years ago and purchased two vehicles from their lot and later ordered a third; while replacing our Fords. We sat down with a salesman named John Bush and he has become the icon of terrific quality and trust. The process was immense with three people eyeballing him, asking questions, wanting demonstrations, and very vocal about what we wanted and needed. But John never faltered and answered every question we tossed him and made sure the paperwork was finalized for both us (our family) and the front office. After the purchases for my wife and daughter, I decided to go back the following year for myself and would not dare go anywhere else; except straight to John’s desk. Each time, John went over everything and discussed options, taking me back to see a model that had just come in that was being prepared for another customer that helped me decide for sure! What makes a salesperson great is what John is; by listening very carefully to what our daughter was saying about her excitement for her new Niro. John has extensive knowledge about vehicles and pointed out the family friendliness points of the Sportage to my wife. He was so transparent about his desire to really help us acquire the vehicles we really wanted with full honesty. Patient, empathetic, and remaining in touch to ensure we were satisfied with the vehicles, he helped make such a positive decision to buy! We were very honored to have found a salesperson who was not looking for a quick sale but a happy family when we drove away from the lot! Such wealth of knowledge, kindness, patience, and a desire to make the customer happy is why John Bush will always be the Salesman of the Year to us and for our next vehicles to come! He physically pushed my boyfriend who was about to test drive the car. Police report was filed on him. He wouldn't make copy of license but rather hold on to original license when you go for test drive. He threw the car keys on my face cause I wanted to seat in the front and get a better experience of the car as I am the one buying the car. He refused to sit in the back during the test drive saying he is the owner and wasn’t from “that level” (yes your level decreases if you sit in the back seat according to him) Beware of this seller please. I have never experienced something like this ever before.
