They will do whatever it takes to get the sale, even if they know you're unsure about your decision with the car. Then it'll have issues and they won't do anything to make sure that the problem is resolved even if it's within days of the purchase. Do yourself a favor and don't go here, that's one thing you surely won't regret.

We have bought three cars from there, the whole staff was very friendly, and service dept. Larry was good too! The quality of cars they have is great, they are very picky about what cars they seem to show, cause its never any old cars. When you go to look at cars its never any pressure from sales people, which I like cause sometimes you just go to look at cars, not necessary buying right then.

Tried to sell me a car saying it was perfectly clean and never was in an accident. I was ready to buy the car but decided to do a little deeper inspection during which I discovered many indicators that the car had been repaired. When I confronted the owner he denied it and promptly offered me a 2 year bumper to bumper to convince me to buy. Upon further pressing by me he for some reason finally admitted that the car had been in an accident and had over $5,000 in damage and air bag deployment. He even had the nerve to tell me "that some times you have to lie a little to sell a car. My fellow car buyers, this was not a little lie, it was fraudulent. Needless to say I walked out. Before I got home the car was back on the web site at a reduced price. Unfortunately he will find someone again to lie to and that person will probably get taken. Buyer Beware!!!

I would NOT under any circumstances recommend this dealership They will tell you anything you want to hear to make a sale and then not honor their word .they gave me a 2 year warranty on the front suspension in writing. After about a month the service suspension light came on. Brought it to my local reputable shop for other services and asked them to scan codes. Left front shock was defective. Numerous calls and emails went ignored. Stand behind your word Pingree! Now I'll have it repaired and my attorney will sue them for the repairs and breach of contract. Do NOT do business with.

I needed my tires rotated. I happened to be in the area so I dropped in. They immediately took care of me. They throughly checked my car for any problems. I found out that my front brakes needed to be replaced soon. Being a woman I depend on your dealership to take care of my maintence. The service manager, Kevin Hawkins, took me to the lounge and got me a cup of coffe personally. The tire rotation was free you can't beat free. Overall I would say that your dealership is the best. I have told some people about how good you are.8973

We called the dealership on 1/15/10 to request to look at a car that was listed in the paper. They said it couldn't be seen until 1/18/10 because it was being detailed. When we arrived on 1/18 is was not finished in fact it looked like they just started it. The car had been in an accident that was never disclosed to us and will cost us another $1000 to fix. This dealership does not have honest people. Buyer, please beware of the short answers and smooth talking. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!

This review is for Signature Auto Group in Crystal Lake Illinois, owners name is Brent STAY AWAY!!!!!! We found this company on ebay motors, the vehicle they had listed magically disappeared after we drove FIVE HOURS after being repeatedly assured that they had it on the lot and would sell it for a stated price. Told us they had 5 more just like it and pressured to put a $200 deposit down-Thankfully we did not. Then pressured us to buy a lower quality truck at a higher price and then CHANGED THE PRICE mid sale!! Everything out of their mouths is a LIE!!! We will be FILING A COMPLAINT with the BBB

Friendly salesman did not tell me the car was a rust bucket. Also did not tell me the wiper arm was not functioning. Can't even get it inspected. Not happy, paid way too much for this 20 year old car, even though it is mechanically sound. Lesson learned: never buy a car you cannot see in person and never buy a car that has been in salt.

The owners do not stand behind what the salesman say. I was told that they did not have remote entries for the car I bought, and that I should go to a dealer and get them and they would reimburse me. I bought 2. After weeks of trying to get my money the owner said that their policy is to only give 1 key and remote and why should he pay me full price for the remote when he can get them at his cost. He then paid me their cost, just over $40 for what I paid over $125. Thanks for nothing.
