I did not purchase my new Subaru at Grand Subaru by accident; they earned my business by being far better than all others in every category. Although there were some minor issues due to communication problems, after communicating with the sales team and their management, they proactively helped me resolve the issues. They are not the kind of dealership that once you complete the transaction, they are no longer responsible. They are very responsible, transparent about the condition of the car, reasonable in pricing, and efficient. If I need to replace my car next time, I will still choose them
