This review is based on my experience with Brian aka Coach. I called to set up service for recalls for my Lincoln Aviator. Brian was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be done. He offered to have someone pick up my car and return when service was complete. I have rarely come in contact with someone who is as helpful and provides service as well as he did.

Your staff (service) had trouble with new P.C. program. Perhaps a week of training key people to being this type of program would have eased the stress!!!!
