The service department is the worst. No communication. Left car for fauly alternator. xxxxx me for $1400. Charged $600 for a non oem part. Found it locally for $300. Picked up the car and it squeeled so loud had to take it back. Now they want $400 more ! Stay away from these crooks.

This dealership does incredible work and has an amazing staff. No matter what problems I have had with my car, they have made sure to get me in quickly and finish my car effectively and efficiently. The people there are also very friendly and will go out of their way to help you with whatever you need. I genuinely have not had a better experience with a car dealership than at Ames Ford Lincoln.

We were about to head out on a trip and wanted to have our vehicle inspected beforehand. Unfortunately, we didn't give Anderson-Weber much time from when we were leaving, but they were more than accommodating and fit us in. I was greeting while waiting in the lounge by numerous employees and in the face of this pandemic, it seems Anderson-Weber has a great handle on things. Thank you again and we'll certainly be back for service!
