I appreciated getting a clean care back with all recalls very thorough addressed even though the car wasn’t purchased in house. Great experience with seamless rental care service that was convenient to my work. Honestly first rate experience.

I can’t thank Justin and the Birdnow team enough for their extraordinary generosity. My truck broke down in Monona on a Sunday afternoon while I was hauling a trailer full of household goods while moving my family across the state. My truck needed work, parts couldn’t be procured until Monday, but my kids and I needed to be at school/work the next day. On short notice and after hours, they were able to get me back on my way with a suitable vehicle to continue hauling the loaded trailer across the state so I could get to work and avert a disaster. I was able to return the vehicle back to the dealership the following weekend when I had time to make it back up there. Small town generosity at its best!

I always have a great experience with the Bob Brown Chevrolet service department in Urbandale, Iowa It all starts at the top with the Service Manager Shane. I’m always impressed with how much he goes above and beyond to help me, whether it’s solving problems or navigating a stressful car situation. I’ve worked with him a few times over the past couple of years and he always makes the process easy and efficient. I can tell he really cares about his customers and puts in a lot of time and effort to make his department the best it can be, and also he has a great team of advisors who make it fun and easy for customers too. Thank you very much Shane for all you do, you run a great department. Also big praise and compliments to your used car sales department. Your car detailing is the best I have ever seen in the entire state! As I travel around looking at various cars and dealerships, no one has cars as clean and nicely reconditioned as Bob Brown Chevrolet in Urbandale, IA. Your Ankeny, IA location is really nice too. DO NOT USE!!!! UNSCRUPULOUS. Had my car 2 weeks. Never fixed original problem. Left me afoot, after they said car was repaired. Added additional. Items to repair!!
