I've always been impressed with the competence and friendliness of my service advisor - Stephanie Thurn. When my vehicle is in for service, she listens patiently to my vehicle concerns and if I have questions, she has enough knowledge to respond. And if she doesn't know something, she admits it and enlists other sources to get the answer. She is always pleasant and easy to work with. Nice job Stephanie!! Thank you!

I have had a Hyundai recall part on backorder for three months. The service manager has told me it will be in several times, but it hasn’t happened. They claim to not be able to do anything. A part on backorder three months?.
This clown college doesn’t care and has done nothing to help. Do not buy a car from them and for sure, do not use their hapless service department.

The 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage that I won on Let's Make a Deal was towed here when it broke down on I-80. The service advisor, Chris E., knew it was important for my car to be fixed asap so I could get home to Chicago. The mechanic, Robert, showed me the problem with my car. He and Chris had the part it needed express overnight shipped and Rocky drove me to my brother's house in Gretna, NE. Rocky was so pleasant! He offered to pick me up the next day when the repair was complete, but I declined. When I arrived the next morning, all three of them greeted me warmly. Robert fixed my car as soon as the part arrived and let me know that he had done a thorough test drive locally and on the interstate to make sure everything was fine and I would get home safely. In the midst of what could have been an awful situation, I was blessed that Roadside Assistance chose to tow my car to Edwards in Council Bluffs!

I had gone to another dealership and purchased a Hyundai. I had recalls on the car that were not taken care of and also had a bluelink problem that the previous dealership failed to help with. Even though I had not purchased the car through Woodhouse, Justin left a meeting to help me get the bluelink set up. He was incredibly helpful and friendly, even though I'd purchased elsewhere. Outstanding customer service, I'll be buying my next vehicle from them, for sure!
Yesterday I had a similar instance with the service department. Ernie greeted me and was very pleasant. After a little discussion, he let me know that since corporate hyundai had set up the appointment on a system Woodhouse no longer uses, they hadn't been notified of the appointment. He said they were busy but would try all they could to get the vehicle taken care of, set me up with a loaner and kept in contact throughout the process. VERY friendly in both service and sales, AGAIN, even though the car still had the in-transit tags from another dealership. I would highly recommend Woodhouse Sioux City and will use them in the future.
