Their service center is a joke. I’ve had countless problems with them over five years. No one that works there seems to care that you’re there. The AdvanatgeCare package is supposed to provide an oil change, tire rotation, car wash, and full inspection. Half the time, they’ll Intentionally not give you a car wash and hope you don’t notice. Last time I had my car serviced, they decided not to rotate my tires and instead tried to get me to buy new tires even though mine had less than 28k miles on them. They completely exaggerated the wear of my tire tread. Their “inspections” have no consistency and are focused on embellishing minor issues with the intent of getting people to spend more money. These people are not honest, they all have terrible attitudes, and they proudly thrive off of unknowledgeable car owners. Oh, and they’ll also try and sell you a new car literally months after you just bought one from them.

"Great Service on Oil Change/Tire Rotation"

We took our 2016 Sonata Limited into Stew's for an oil & filter change and tire rotation. Alyssa was my service writer and she handled the check-in with ease and was pleasant to work with. There was a slight issue with the tire rotation and I reached out to Alyssa and Troy (Service Manager), and the issue was resolved quickly and to my 100% satisfaction. They did things right! Thanks, Troy & Alyssa and the entire Stew Hansen's Team. Give them a try!!

"Didn’t have an appointment and they got me right in!"

At first, I went to the cashier’s desk looking to set up an appointment because I was overdue for an oil change. Though the scheduling was out until 8th, Belmina and Nick worked together and were able to get me in. It was pretty late in the evening, around 3:30 so I was shocked they got me in and out with my oil change quick and fast. Would recommend Stew Hansen’s service to everyone. Especially these two, they were kind and efficient

I gave Stephanie Thurn 5 stars because she was very helpful for my first time there. She made sure to tell me it was done and there was some things that needed attention. She even called where I bought the car to make sure the spark plugs had or hadn;t been replaced. I went ahead and told her to change them. After we left she heard back from the dealer ship were I bought the car callled back and said no they didn’t change them. She didn’t have to do that ,that is why I rated her with 5 stars. I will be bring my car back there for service. She also told me when some other service needs to be done .

I've always been impressed with the competence and friendliness of my service advisor - Stephanie Thurn. When my vehicle is in for service, she listens patiently to my vehicle concerns and if I have questions, she has enough knowledge to respond. And if she doesn't know something, she admits it and enlists other sources to get the answer. She is always pleasant and easy to work with. Nice job Stephanie!! Thank you! "Routine service and recalls"

I needed an oil change and some recalls taken care of on my Hyundai Sonata. I worked with Nick McDonald in the service department. He set up my initial appointment and he was the person I dropped my car off with. He estimated it would take about 3-4 hours to complete all of the work I needed to have done. I was surprised to receive a phone call about two hours later telling me my car recalls and an oil change were completed. Nice! Nick said the recalls took less time than anticipated because there were no issues. The shuttle driver came and picked me up and in under 3 hours total time my car was ready to go. It was nice to have the rest of my day back and not be without a car all day long.
