Twice I've had to get a chip fixed in my windshield and both times I showed up they say I've got to wait 3 hours for the guy to show up to fix it. Why schedule me when the guy can't fix it, or why not call me in advance to tell me he is going to be late?
3 STRIKES, I'M OUT! - Disappointed ALSD
Strike 1 - took my car in last fall for an oil change and tire rotation, ended up with a damaged steering wheel. Thought that was a fluke, not so sure now. Strike 2 - took my car in last Tues for a routine oil change, ended up with a broken, scratched passenger door with torqued hinges...WHAT!! Strike 3 - NO ONE at McGrath's seems to care, the attitude has been one of making me feel that I'm putting them out for damage they caused!! Apparently my business does not matter to them! I had to push to get a decent loaner, one comparable to my vehicle. Also told i had to return the loaner with 1/2 tank of gas(really, are you kidding?) I told them I wasnt paying for the oil change and they said they'd
see if they could comp me this one, again, are you serious? Disappointed in the treatment i have gotten, I had to ask for an "I 'm sorry." I will NEVER trust them again, sorry i didn't listen to my friends. Live and learn.
oil change and tire rotations - bad experince
I paid for an oil change and a tire rotation. I then was told I needed several additional fixes. totaling about $500 all together. But the worst part is when I got home I looked at the tires and they had not been rotated at all. We have a rim that had some marks on it and it was still on at that area of the car. Very disappointed, not only was I there for an hour the work wasn't done. I will be contacting Kia Corporation.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership almost two months ago and they won’t send over paperwork to the DMV so I can get my permanent tags and registration. The DMV contacted the dealership as well to have the necessary paperwork sent so I can register my vehicle and they get the runaround as well. I will never even consider buying from this dealership again, ever. As a military veteran, I have bought vehicles from dealerships all over this country and this dealership is by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with.

My car was making a noise near the tires. Called ahead of time and told them I'd be bringing it by later in the week. They were okee dokee with that.
Arrived later in the day than I had wanted to but they took me in anyway and looked over the car for the noise. They found a different noise and we proceeded to fix that new noise. They (meaning Andrew) also looked over a previous repair from another dealership and recommended a touchup of what was overlooked at the previous place.
Since I arrived late, the car stayed overnight. Service advisor John was nice enough to get me a ride to my location. Came back the next day to a fixed car and got back on the road to my travels. Price was satisfactory and I was satisfied with the experience. The cashier was pleasant and friendly. I will be back and I recommend service at this dealership.

Spent $1500 on repairs went to pick the car up and noticed problem still not fixed.. they were rude and condescending & offered to look at the car again but would not guarantee me that there would not be more repair cost. If I could give them no stars I would.

Not recommended. Took 2 hours longer than it should. Over booked. Parts not stocked. Estimates for future work too high. Only went in for a recall.
